    Funeral services were held on Friday, November 26th at 1:30 p.m., from the Lawrence E. Rothermel Funeral Home, R. D., Klingerstown, with her pastor, Rev. Mr. Robert Johnson, Klingerstown, officiating. Interment was made in St. Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Klingerstown.3

    Henry H. Lesher, 73, Elizabethville, formerly of Pitman, died Friday evening at 6:00 in the Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg, of a heart ailment. He had been a patient in the institution one week.
    Born in Pitman, January 13, 1888, Mr. Lesher was a son of the late Henry and Mary (Hepler) Lesher. A retired farmer and butcher, Mr. Lesher was married May 9, 1908, to Mabel Klinger. He was a member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church and Sunday School, Millersburg.
    Survivors include the widow, six daughters, Mrs. Clinton Kessler, Tower City, R.D; Mrs. Elwood Kessler, Lexington Park, Md; Mrs. Stanford Herb and Mrs. Leroy Heim, Pitman; Mrs. Charles Chubb, New Cumberland, and Mrs. Darvin Wiest, Klingerstown; five sons, Marlin, Paul and Henry, Jr., Elizabethville; Glenn, Pottstown, and Vernon, New Cumberland; 35 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Mazie Stover, Berrien Springs, Mich; Mrs. Laura Strauss, Myerstown, and Mrs. Frank Smith, Pitman.
    Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 in St. Paul's Evangelical Congregational Church, Pitman. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery. The Revs. Liden Adams, Millersburg, and Albert Kline, Pitman, will officiate. Friends may call at the Lawrence E.     She is survived by the following 11 children: six daughters: Minnie, Mrs. Clinton Kessler, Tower City; Margaret, Mrs. Elwood Kessler, Lexington Park, Md; Paulline, Mrs. Stanford Herb, and Jean, Mrs. Leroy Helm, both of Pitman; Ruth, Mrs. Charles Chubb, New Cumberland R. D; five sons, Henry Lesher and Marlin Lesher, both of Elizabethville; Glenn Lesher, Pottstowm R. D; Vernon Lesher, New Cumberland; Paul Lesher, Sacramento; thirty-six grandchildren and thirty-nine great­grandchildren. Two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Boyer, Klingerstown R. D., and Mrs. Verna Romberger, Herndon R. D. 1, also survive.
    Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. from St. Paul's Evan. Congregational Church at Pitman. Rev. Mr. William Merrill of Millersburg, and Rev. Mr. Bruce N. Hall of Pitman, officiating.
    Friends and relatives may call at the Lawrence E. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown R. D., on Wednesday evening, 7 to 9 and at the church Thursday from 12:30 until the time of the service.

    She is survived by two children, one son, Guy Klinger, Klingerstown R. D; one daughter, Esther, wife of Raymond Bowman, of Valley View, with whom she resided; three brothers: Guy Starr, Sunbury: Charles O. Starr, Valley View; and Eugene Starr, Gratz; four sisters: Mrs. Elura S. Erdman and Margaret, Mrs. Samuel Schlegel, both of Valley View: Mrs. Elsie Fetterolf, Washington, D. C; and Mae, Mrs. Whalen Erdman, Lykens. Further survivors include 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-sreat-grandson.
    Services were held from Salem United Church of Christ Church, Klingerstown R. D., on Monday, with Rev. Mr. J. William Wartluft, of Klingerstown R. D., officiat­
    ing. Interment was in Salem Church Cemetery, Klingerstown R. D.

    Mrs. Harry Sliely, Mother Of 15, Dies At Age Of 38 Years
    Mrs. Evelyn E. Stiely, 38, of Klingerstown, R. D., the mother of 15 children, all but one living at home, died Friday night at her home of cancer. She had been in failing health for the past few months and was bedfast for three weeks before her demise. The disease was of the type characterized by tumerous swellings of the limbs and various glands of the kody.
    She was the wife of Harry Stiely, Kltngerstown, R. D. farmer, and was born May 29, 1914, the daughter of Allen Klinger and Alpha Starr, Klinger, of Klingerstown, R. D., who survive, together with her husband and the following children: Mrs. Harold Jones, Leck Kill; Mrs. Lamar Foulds, and George, Donna, Beverly, Jesse, Donald, Harry, Jr., Alpha, James, Ernest, Paul, Ivan, Jerry and Glenn all at the family home. Also surviving are her maternal grandfather, Oscar Starr, Klihgerstown, R.D; one grandson, child of Mrs. Harold Jones; a brother, Guy Klinger, and a sister, Mrs. Raymond Bowman, Klingerstown, R. D.
    Funeral services will be held from the late home at 1:30 p. m. Tuesday, to, be continued in the Salem Lutheran Reformed Church, Klingerstown, R. D., of which she was a member. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Her pastor, Rev. John M. Light, Reformed minister, of Leck Kill, will officiate. Lawrence Rothermel, Klingerstown, is in charge of arrangements. Viewing will be Monday evening at the late home.

    KLINGERSTOWN -- Harry A. Stiely, 75, of Klingerstown RD1, died Friday evening at in the Pottsville Hospital where he was admitted as a patient earlier in the day. He was in ill health since June.
    Born in Klingerstown RD1 Oct. 12, 1911, he was a son of the late Perry and Harriet (Snyder) Stiely. His wife, the former Evelyn E. Klinger, died in 1952.
    Mr. Stiely was a saw miller, having owned and operated the Stiely Saw Mill until his retirement in November. He was of the Protestant faith.
    He is survived are [by] 13 children, four daughters, Mrs. Esther Jones, of Hegins RD1, Mrs. Nancy Foulds of Shamokin RD1, Mrs. Beverly Williard of Gratz, Mrs. Alpha Strohecker of Herndon RD1; nine sons, George Stiely of Trevorton, Jesse Stiely of St. Clair, Donald Stiely of Klingerstown RD1, Harry Stiely Jr. of Hamburg, Jerry Stiely of Hegins RD2, James Sheetz of San Diego, Ca., Robert Wert of Millersburg RD1, Paul Stiely of Herndon RD1 and Ivan Wynn of Dalmatia. 33 grand and 14 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Miss Mima of St. Petersburg, Fla., Mrs. Valera Malick and Mrs. Ida Schwalm, both of Valley View and Mrs. Emma Wiest of Fleetwood, one brother, Wellington of Hegins RD1.
    He was also preceded in death by five children, Perry, Guy, infant son, Glenn, and Mrs. Donna Sarfine.
    The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday from the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown RD1, by the Rev. Bruce Dalious of Klingerstown RD1. Burial in the Salem Cemetery, Klingerstown RD1.

    She is survived by her husband, Sterlin Boyer; two sons, Roy of Herndon, and Henry of Paxton; one grandson; two step-grandsons; three great-grandchildren; four step great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and a brother, Ralph Wert of Dalmatia.
    Private services were held Sept. 12 at James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow. Burial was at Union Cemetery, Pillow.5

Henry was the co-owner of the Cove Restaurant, worked at Bethlehem Steel and drove delivery truck for NAPA.
