  ELIZABETHVILLE - Marlene Lee Lesher, age 88, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, July 11, 2025, at her home.
  She was born on April 19, 1937 in Locust Dale, PA the daughter of [the late] Alkana and Minnie (Yarnell) Wagner.
  She was a retired Shoe Factory Inspector and worked for the former Mars Shoe Co., Elizabethville.
  She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Henry I. Lesher, Sr; 3 children, Donna L. (Rodney) Moore, Dover DE, Henry A. Jr. (June) Lesher, Elizabethville and Robin L. Lesher (Ronald Livingston) , Harrisburg; Sisters, Vale Middleton, Elizabethville, Dale (Michael) Kratochwill, Coxsackie NY; 4 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jolene Klinger and siblings, Elizabeth Glessner, John Wagner, Neal Wagner and Dee Wagner.
  She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, Elizabethville. She was also a Sunday school teacher for 20 years and former church board member.
  She enjoyed doing ceramic's, puzzle games, reading, and gardening. Going to baseball games especially when her grandson and great-grandson was playing.
  There will be a visitation held at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes Ltd. Elizabethville on Friday, July 18, 2025 from 10-11 AM. Memorial services will start at 11 AM.

  Jolene had over 40 years of employment with ARK Safety (Seal Glove), Millersburg. She was a fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. She also faithfully followed her grandson Dawson's participation in baseball.
  She is survived by her parents and a son, David (Meredith) Klinger of Elizabethville, and grandson, Dawson Klinger; brother Robin (Ron Livingston) Lesher of Linglestown, brother Henry "Butch" (June) Lesher of Berrysburg and sister, Donna (Rodney) Moore of Dover DE.

  Mrs. Lesher was born June 16, 1912 at Hegins and was the daughter of Mrs. Lizzie Bixler Artz, of RD Elizabethville, and the late David E. Artz. She was a retired employe of Muskins Shoe Co., Millersburg. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Elizabethville.

  He was born on September 13, 1935 in Valley View, PA the son of the late Marlin and Florence (Artz) Lesher.
  Ronald was married to Jean (Shadle) Lesher for 62 years.
  He was a retired meat cutter from Festival Foods, having previously worked for Giant and Hale's Market. He was a life member of Reliance Hose Company, Elizabethville.
  Ronald served in the Army serving from 1958 to 1960, and was stationed in Germany.
  In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Debra Homberg and her husband George of Halifax, a son Gary Lesher and his wife Linda of Dalmatia, grandchildren Ronald Lebo of Halifax, Cory Lebo of Tower City, Anthony Lesher of Coal Twp., and Heather Lesher of Coal Twp., great grandchildren Chase Lebo and Abrina Deitrick. He is also survived by a brother Thomas Lesher of Iowa, and Robert Lesher of Elizabethville, and several nieces and nephews.
  The family will receive friends on Friday, Dec. 20, 2019 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. - Elizabethville from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens, Halifax.
