Deceased was the widow John Williams, a retired farmer, and resided in the Kllngerstown area au her life. Surviving are son, Ammon Williams, at home, a three daughters. Mrs. Katie Paul and Mrs. William Strohecker, Klingerstown R. D., and Mrs. Emerson Slotterbach, Mount Carmel. The funeral win be held Saturday morning with brief services in the Rothermel Funeral Parlors at Hepler, to be followed by major services Hepler Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the cemetery adjoining the church.

    H.E. SHANNON OF MINA DIES
    Harve Edwin Shannon of Mina died last Sunday at a local hospital, it was announced today. He had been a patient there for the last three weeks.
    Mr. Shannon was fifty-seven years old and was born in Ottawa, Kans. He spent most of his life in the state of Washington, going from there to Mina where he had been engaged in business for some time.
    He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Olive Shannon of Reno; a daughter, Mrs. Hugh Mericle of Washington; two brothers, Robert and Fred, and two sisters, Thelma Shannon and Mrs. Harley LaPlante, all of Washington. He was a member of the Lions Club of Mina.
    Funeral arrangements will be announced later by the Ross-Burke Company.
