    Emma is survived by a son - Thomas Wolfe of Mechanicsburg, PA; daughter - Judith Steese of Northumberland, PA; brother - John Witmer of Millersburg, PA; one sisters - Naomi Stahl of Millersburg.
    She was preceded in death by four sisters, Pauline Wright, sister, Katherine Romberger, sister, Esther Zerbe, and Mary Kolva.
    A visitation will be held Friday, March 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. at James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. at the James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow, with Rev. Richard Sweppenhiser, officiating.
    Interment will be in the Herndon Cemetery, Herndon.
    James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow is in charge of the arrangements.

    Mrs. Ida Herb, 41, beloved wife of Edwin Herb and a highly esteemed resident of Herndon R. D., died at the Mary M. Packer Hospital at 12:30 a. m. today from a complication of diseases.
    Mrs. Herb was admitted to the city institution Sunday afternoon in a serious condition.
    She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs, Jacob E. Rebuck and she was a lifelong resident of the Herndon R. D. section. Her death came as a distinct schock to her family and a wide circle of friends.
    Surviving are: her husband, 13 children, namely: Mrs. Bertha Snyder of Herndon, Charlea, Verna, Alice Hilda, Violet, June, Minerva, Laura, Carlene, Lee and Preston, at home; her parents; one sister, Mrs. Goldie Lesher of Her ndon; four brothers, Howard and George of Herndon R. D., Edward and Galen of Urban. Three step-sisters and a step-brother also survive including: Mrs. Elmer Bohner of Sunbury, Mrs. Daniel Broscious of Mandata, Mrs. Lester Derk of Trevorton, Mrs. Samuel Snyder of Herndon R. D. and Jay Howerter of Ohio.
    Funeral services over the remains will be held from her late home Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Jacob Singer, pastor of the Reformed church at Herndon, officiating. Interment will be made in the Red Cross church cemetery.
