Sharon L. Lisi
August 4, 1953 - September 6, 2023
ELIZABETHVILLE - Sharon L. Lisi, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and esteemed member of the community, passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 70. Born on August 4, 1953, in Harrisburg, Sharon was a shining beacon of strength, compassion, and dedication throughout her life.
Sharon was a woman of unwavering commitment, and her contributions as an Executive Assistant in the Attorney General's office for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will forever be remembered, in addition to this she also worked for the Department of Aging, and the Department of Drug & Alcohol. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and warm demeanor made her an invaluable asset to each of the places where she worked.
She was preceded in death by her husband Randall Lisi.
In her personal life, Sharon's proudest accomplishment was her role as a mother and Nanny. She is survived by her loving daughters, Jamie Byrnes and her husband Andrew of Harrisburg, Shana Erdman of Millersburg, and Samantha Kimmel and her husband Andy of Harrisburg, who were the light of her life. Sharon's nurturing spirit and unwavering support provided a solid foundation for her daughters to grow and thrive. She was also the loving grandmother of Olivia, Emily, Waylon, Grayson and Crew.
Born into a close-knit family, Sharon is also survived by her brothers, Brad Breslin and his wife Kathy of Millersburg and Bobby Breslin of The Woodlands, TX. Their bond transcended the bounds of mere siblings, as their shared memories and deep love fortified them throughout the years.
Guided by her strong faith, Sharon was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Elizabethville. She found solace and strength through her spiritual devotion and cherished the faith that comes from a trust in God. She was a member of the local chapter of the American Business Women's Association. She was an advocate for wellness by her active lifestyle of running, mud runs, bowling, and water sports while enjoying time at her favorite places like the beach.
To celebrate Sharon's life, a public visitation will be held on October 2, 2023, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Elizabethville, from 10:00-11:00am. The funeral service, officiated by Pastor Bill Romberger, will follow at 11:00 am, providing an opportunity for family, friends, and acquaintances to pay their final respects and share cherished memories.
With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Sharon L. Lisi, a remarkable woman whose impact on those who knew her will never be forgotten. She leaves behind a legacy of love, integrity, and unwavering dedication that will continue to inspire and uplift all those whose lives she touched.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Trinity United Methodist Church in honor of Sharon's memory or to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, P.O. Box 5014 Hagerstown, MD 21741.
