  ELIZABETHVILLE- On Saturday, June 18, 2022 Jean Kathleen (Morgan) Phillips, loving and devoted wife and mother of three sons passed away peacefully at the age 98.
  She was born in Kinglerstown, PA on February 6, 1924, the daughter of the late Andrew C. and Eva R. Morgan. She married her late husband Lee W Phillips of Klingerstown and raised three sons Dennis, Alan and Roger. Over the years, she dedicated her life to raising her family, caring for her home, and engaging with the community in Elizabethville, PA.
  Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Lee W. Phillips, son Dennis J. Phillips and a brother, Fred C. Morgan. She is survived by her sons Alan and his wife Dee of Minneapolis, MN; Roger and his wife Geri, of Elizabethville, PA; three grandsons Shane Phillips and partner Heather, Shawn Phillips and partner Angie, Nathan Phillips and partner Theresa; 2 step-granddaughters, Chanda Ney and son Mason, Jackie Ney and husband Jeff.
  There will be a visitation held at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 48 Main Street, Klingerstown, PA 17941 on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 10-11 AM. Services will start at 11:00 AM with Rev. Pat Warick officating. Burial will follow the services in the church graveyard.
  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org

  HERNDON -- Dennis Phillips, 64, of RR1 Herndon died at 9:50 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, 2003, at Loving Care Nursing Center, Selinsgrove, where he had been a patient for the past five days. He had been in ill health for the past two weeks.
  He was born July 25, 1939, in Klingerstown, a son of Jean K. (Morgan) Phillips of Elizabethville, and the late Lee W. Phillips.
  Mr. Phillips was a 1957 graduate of Upper Dauphin High School in Elizabethville.
  He was a retired truck driver and landscaper. He had operated Phillips Landscaping in the Elizabethville area.
  Mr. Phillips was Protestant.
  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and coin collecting.
  Surviving, in addition to his mother, are two sons, Shane Phillips and Shawn Phillips, both of Elizabethville; two brothers, Alan C: Phillips of Minneapolis, Minn., and Roger L. Phillips of Elizabethville; and one nephew, Nathan Phillips.
  Visitors may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, RR1 Klingerstown, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Jay B. Eickhoff.
  Burial will be in St. Michael's Lutheran Cemetery, Klingerstown.
  Memorial contributions-may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
