    TOWER CITY - Elizabeth S. Raho, 95, of Tower City, passed away Wednesday morning at the Tremont Health and Rehab.
    Born in Lykens, July 15 1913, she was a daughter of the late Phillip and Elizabeth Tschopp Klinger.
    She was a retired seamstress from the Garment Industry, and was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, its Womens Guild and Sunday School.
    In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Albert, 1993, a son, John Schorr, 1985 and a great granddaughter, Ashley Schorr.
    Surviving are her daughter, Gloria E. Nolen; 2 sons, Albert E. "Jit" Raho and his wife Nancy and Mitchell L. Raho and his wife Bonnie, all of Tower City; 2 sisters, Mildred Griffith, Indiana and Evelyn Hunter, Lykens; 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 7th at 1 p.m., from her church, with Rev. Edward Gobrecht officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. Viewing will be from 12-1 p.m.
    Memorial donations in her memory should be made to Trinity U.C.C., 446 E. Grand Avenue, Tower City, PA 17980.

    Born in Harrisburg on August 29, 1961, Dale was the son of Mary C. Klinger Hoffman of Marietta and Paul D. Hoffman of Elizabethtown.
    Dale was a sales and retail development manager for the Delaware State Lottery. He was a 1980 graduate of Lower Dauphin High School, Hummelstown. The most important thing in Dale's life was his church, LCBC, Manheim. He served on many of the church's teams, including the pastoral prayers partners team, offering counting team and guest services usher team. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and church family.
    In addition to his parents, Dale is survived by three sisters, Sherry A. Logan of Marietta, Dawn A. Renner wife of Kim J. of Harrisburg, and Renee C. Morth wife of Seth A. also of Marietta; and niece and nephews, Anne E. Renner, Adam D. Renner and Samuel A. Renner husband of Jessica L.
    A celebration of Dale's life will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11 AM in LCBC, 2392 Mount Joy Road, Manheim, with Campus Pastor Ryan Holmes, officiating. A visitation will be held in the church from 10 AM until time of the services.

    Eleanor was employed by Kraft Foods for 18 years, before spending 10 years working at the HersheyPark Warehouse. She was a member of Palmyra First U.M. Church but was attending LCBC, Manheim Campus. She was an avid reader and enjoyed Amish Literature. Eleanor enjoyed doing crafts and watching cooking shows. Most importantly she was a loving “Super Mom,” grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.
    She is survived by 2 daughters, Kim Hennessy of Palmyra and Lori J. Sternberger of Palmyra; 3 sons, Michael D. Sternberger and wife Dawn of Palmyra, Douglas A. Sternberger of Easton, and James E. Sternberger and wife Betsey of Richland; 4 grandchildren, Heather Coy and husband Scott of Camp Hill, Samantha Sternberger of Fontana, and Bryce and Ciera Sternberger of Palmyra; 1 great-granddaughter, Jyllian Coy; and 8 siblings. She was predeceased by 2 siblings.
    Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 1st at 10 AM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078 with Pastor Keith Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

    Priscilla M. Wrubel, 87, of Williamstown, passed away Monday evening, April 24, 2023 at UPMC - Harrisburg.
    Born in Lykens, July 16, 1935, a daughter of the late Phillip and Leona Gaynor Klinger. Priscilla was a graduate of the former Lykens High School.
    She was a member of the former Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Williamstown, where she was a religious education teacher and a member of the Parish Council of Catholic Women. She was a current member of Our Lady Help of Christian Catholic Church, Lykens.
    She was also a member of the Williamstown American Legion.
    Priscilla will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Family was everything to her. She looked forward to family gatherings, especially Christmas and reunions. She also had a talent in the kitchen and loved to cook.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Wrubel Jr., 2013.
    She is survived by her seven children, Michele Wrubel (John), Pine Grove, Carol Pryor, Harrisburg, John Wrubel III (Joan), Williamstown, Michael Wrubel (Pam), Williamstown, David Wrubel (Sherry), Bethel Park, James Wrubel (Sheri), Millersburg, and William Wrubel (Patty), West Pittston; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; three sisters, Edith Shoop, Mechanicsburg, Mary Hoffman, Elizabethtown, and Donna English, Lancaster; two brothers, George Klinger and Tony Klinger, both of Millersburg; nieces and nephews.
    Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, May 1, 2023 at 11:30 AM from Our Lady's Help of Christian Catholic Church with Rev. Michael Opoki, AJ as celebrant. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Viewing will be from 10:30-11:30 at the church.

    Henry W. Klinger, 85, of Wiconisco, died Monday at Harrisburg Hospital.
    Born in Lykens, Oct. 20, 1917, he was a son of the late Phillip and Elizabeth Chubb Klinger.
    He was an Army veteran of World War II.
    He was a member of First Baptist Church and American Legion Post 124, both of Lykens, and Lykens Minstrel Association for many years.
    Surviving are his wife, Helen A; a son, Henry R., Wiconisco; a daughter, Sandra J. Conant, Warminster, two stepdaughters, Grace Miller and Constance Matter, both of Elizabethville; four sisters, Elizabeth Raho, Tower City, Margaret Ressler, Wiconisco, Evelyn Hunter, Lykens, and Mildred Griffin, Centerpoint, Ind; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
    Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church. The Rev. Grace T. Lawrence will officiate. Interment will be in Calvary United Methodist Cemetery. John R. Shultz Funeral Home, Lykens, is in charge of arrangements.1
