    Gene T. Romberger
    Gene T. Romberger, 70, of Lower Allen Twp., died Wednesday in Holy Spirit Hospital.
    He served in the U.S. Army; was retired after 35 years of service from the former New Cumberland Army Depot; belonged to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Camp Hill (Highland Park) and loved hunting, fishing and coaching baseball.
    Surviving are two sons, Gary G. Romberger of Bristow, VA and John R. Romberger of Camp Hill; one daughter, Lori A. Drayer of York Springs; two brothers, Carl Romberger of Elizabethville and Robert Romberger of Las Vegas, NV; and three grandchildren, Amy, Valerie and Brian.
    Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday in his church, 1610 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park. Viewing will be one hour prior to services Friday in the church parlor.
    Musselman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Lemoyne, is handling arrangements.

    Carolyn M. Romberger, age 81, of Elizabethville, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at her residence.
    She was born on Monday, January 15, 1940, in Gratz, a daughter of the late Clarence G Straub and the late Cora A (Jacobs) Straub.
    She was a graduate of the former Elizabethville High School.
    She was a member of Zion Lutheran "Klinger's" Church, Erdman and also attended the Giving Light Christian Fellowship Church, Elizabethville.
    Carolyn enjoyed writing poetry, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and by a sister, Dorothy Kissinger.
    She is survived by her husband Carl F Romberger, to whom she was married for 61 years.
    She is also survived by a daughter, Colleen A Seibel and her husband Gregory of Shippensburg; a son, Randy L Romberger of Elizabethville; two granddaughters, Heather A Schwartzmiller of Carlisle and Carlee L Seibel of Newville; a great grandson, Jace D Schwartzmiller; and a great granddaughter, Jenna Schwartzmiller.
    Funeral services will be held at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Pat Wirick and Pastor Steve Hilton officiating.
    A viewing will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
    Burial will be in Zion Lutheran "Klinger's" Cemetery, Erdman.
    In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Zion Lutheran Church, 48 Main St, Klingerstown PA 17941 or to Giving Light Christian Fellowship Church, 147 Wolf Rd, Elizabethville PA 17023.
