    MILLERSBURG -- Bessie M. Snyder, 81, formerly of Klingerstown RD1, died at 10:15 p.m. Thursday, July 8, 1993, at Susquehanna Lutheran Village, where she was a resident since December.
    She was born in Leck Kill, Dec. 17, 1911, a daughter of the late Edward R. and Katie J. (Wiest) Miller. She was married to Robert J. Snyder, who died in 1983.
    Mrs. Snyder was a retired farm laborer. Prior to that she worked at the Muskin Shoe Factory, Millersburg.
    She attended school at Leck Kill, Upper Mahanoy Township.
    She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ Church, Leck Kill.
    She is survived by a stepsister, Viola Kehler of Shamokin RD1, and several cousins.
    The funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Christ United Church of Christ Church, Leck Kill, by the Rev. Kevin Guy and the Rev. Maureen Duffy-Guy. Burial will be in St. John's Reformed Cemetery, Leck Kill.
    Visitors may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
    Funeral arrangements were made by the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown RD1.
