    Robert J. Snyder, 65, of Klingerstown, [Schuylkill] County, died at 5:33 a.m. Friday in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where he had been a patient for a day. He had been in failing health for eight years.
    Born in Coal Township, [Northumberland] County, Sept. 6, 1917, he was a son of the late William and Stella Long Snyder.
    Before retiring in 1975, he worked as a farmer, bus driver for 25 years, and was last employed at Millersburg Reamer and Tool Co.
    He was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Leck Kill, and Mahantongo Fire Company, Pitman.
    He was married to the former Bessie May Miller, Klingerstown, on Oct. 11, 1978.
    Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a sister, Golda Wones, Tempe, Ariz; nieces and nephews.
    Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from Stepnen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown, with the Rev. Paul Fisher, Lutheran pastor of Leck Kill, officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Reformed Cemetery, Leck Kill.

    Shirley was employed as a cashier for Wise Markets for many years. She had attended Wesleyan Holiness Church in Gratz.
    She was the widow of Melvin L. Crosson and Whitman E. Whitman. Surviving are 3 Children, Timothy M. Crosson of Duncannon, Gary and Vicky Crosson of Duncannon and Dana "Alan" and Bonnie Crosson of Millersburg and Oakland, MD. 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by Randy L. Crosson and Kerry E. Crosson.
    SERVICE DETAILS
    Services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, June 12, 2021, in the Boyer Family Funeral Home, 230 N. High Street, Duncannon. Rev. Anthony C. Hill will officiate. Burial will be in Long's Cemetery, Halifax. Friends may call at the funeral home on hour prior to the service.
