  Llewellan Daniel Gilbert, 85, of Midwest City died December 14, 2006. He served in the United States Navy from Febru ary 1944 to January 1946. Fol- Xi WWII, Dan MO worked at Olmstead Air Force Base in Middletown, PA from 1946 until 1966. He transferred to Tinker AFB in 1966, serving as a Quality Control Supervisor until his retirement in 1981. Dan was a member of the Midwest City American Legion and St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. He loved to hunt, fish and golf. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Martha Gilbert; brothers and sisters, Ken, Cyril, Bill, Beatrice, and Thelma. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Emilia; daughter, Tanya Chliwnyj and husband, Alex of Tucson, AZ; son, Dan Gilbert and wife, Judy of Portola Valley, CA; 2 grandchildren, Clayton Chliwnyj and Kata-rina Chliwnyj; brothers, Riley Gilbert of Boca Raton, FL and James Gilbert of Cressona, PA; and many nephews, nieces, other family members and friends. Dan was a beloved husband, father and grandfather who was known for his great sense of humor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Planning for the Future Today" fund at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Burial will take place in Llewellyn, PA. Family will receive friends for a visitation at Candlewood Chapel Saturday, December 16th, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Local services conducted by Ford Funeral Service.   Riley H. Gilbert, 89, of Luther Ridge, Pottsville, passed away Tuesday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.
  Born in Cressona, June 6, 1925, he was a son of the late James H. and Martha Herb Gilbert.
  He was the husband of Rhoda A. Gordon Gilbert, to whom he was married 68 years.
  Riley was a graduate of Cressona High School and was employed as a carpenter, a member of the local 465 United Brotherhood of Carpenters. He retired in 1987.
  Riley was a life member of Cressona American Legion, Lionville Fire Company and Beckville Gun Club.
  In addition to his parents, Riley was also preceded in death by four brothers.
  Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Ricky Gilbert and wife, Cindy, Longneck, Del., and Clayton, New York Thousand Islands; three grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; and a brother, James Gilbert, Cressona.

  He was the husband of Marna E Mutschler Gilbert, to whom he was married 65 years.
  Jim was a graduate of Cressona High School and was former co-owner of Gilbert Paving.
  He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Summer Hill, Auburn, a life member of Beckville Fish and Game Association, Cressona, Mill Run Camp, Lycoming County, Goodwill Hose Company Cressona and Friedensburg Fish and Game.
  He was preceded in death by five brothers, L. Daniel, Billy, Cy, Riley and Kenneth Gilbert; two sisters, Thelma Miller and Beatrice Ditzler.
  In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by three daughters, Cindy, wife of Jerry Reed, Winfield, Patti, wife of Lamar Freeman, Schuylkill Haven, and Wanda, Maui, Hawaii; a son, Kurt, husband of Karen Gilbert, Schuylkill Haven; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
