  Judith A. Buffington of Loyalton passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home. She was born November 14, 1947 in Harrisburg, Pa. to the late Newton and Adele Dreibelbis Shaffer. Judy was a member of the North American Bear Center and enjoyed her pets. She is survived by her husband Thomas L. Buffington, a son Robert Buffington, daughters Teresa Goretki and Melissa Fetterhoff, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a brother Robert Shaffer. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. from the John R. Shultz Funeral Home, 406 Market St., Lykens, Pa. with Pastor Carl E. Slough officiating.   MILLERSBURG - Judith Ann Klinger, 77, died Thursday, March 1st, 2018 at Harrisburg Hospital.
  She was born on Oct. 7, 1940 at Harrisburg Hospital the daughter of the late William & Esther (Feagley) Hooper.
  She was a graduate of Millersburg High School, class of 1958, and married her husband Bill Aug. 10, 1958.
  She attended Paxton Bible Church and was the tax collector for Millersburg for four years. She attended Goal Mates and, with her husband, worked in home improvement for 19 years.
  She was preceded in death by her two children David L. Klinger, and Suelynn M. Werley, and two brothers Leon and William Jr.
  There will be a visitation from 10-11:00 am on Friday, March 9th at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes, Inc., Millersburg. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 am.

  She was a graduate of Thompson Business College and was a member of Matamoras Community Church, Matamoras, (Halifax) PA.
  She retired after many years of service, as a seamstress, from Reigel Shirt Factory, Millersburg, PA.
  She was the widow of William Hooper, Sr. Surviving are 2 sons, William Hooper, Jr., of Dalmatia, PA and Leon Hooper of Halifax, PA; a daughter, Judith Klinger of Allentown, PA: 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
  Religious Service will be held at Reinhard Funeral Home, Millersburg, at 10 a.m. on Monday, with Rev. Phillip Kneier officiating. Burial in Rickard's Memorial Cemetery. Friends are invited to call Monday from 9-10 a.m., at the funeral home.

  David Lee Klinger, 51, of Sellersville, died Tue, Jan. 10 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenburg. He was husband and best friend of Lillianne (Levy) Klinger, with whom he celebrated 28 years of marriage on Nov. 12, 2011. Born in Harrisburg, he was the son of William R. and Judith A. (Hooper) Klinger, Trevorton. Dave and his wife Lillianne owned and operated Daves Boat Repair on Ridge Valley Rd. in W. Rockhill Twp. It was through the generosity of their brother-in-law, Donald Croissette, who allowed them to use his garage on Thousand Acre Rd, that they were able to begin repairing boats in 1995. They officially formed the business when they moved to their present home. What began as a dream is now a successful business of 19 years. Lillianne knows that the business will continue to flourish with the help of friends Barry Roberts and Tal Bartholomew, who have stood with Dave and Lillianne since the beginning. Dave was a lifetime member and president for 8 years of Trumbauersville Betterment and Social Club, and the Morwood Sportsmans Club, Green Lane. He loved to ride his motorcycle with the sidecar, fishing, boating, airplanes and animals.
  Survivors: with wife; 14 nieces and nephews, including Doug and Dalton Werly; 10 great nieces and nephews; parents-in-law, Raymond H. and Jacquelyn Levy; siblings-in-law: Lorraine, Raymond, Kenny, Jon and Jackie; godsons: Billy Roberts, State College and Lance Johnson, Quakertown. He was preceded in death by sister, Suelynn Werly; grandparents: William R. and Esther Hooper, Ray and Elba Klinger; sister-in-law, Marty.
