    Mrs. Florence Matilda nee Starr, wife of the late Roy Bainbridge, 80, W. Race St., Pottsville, died at her home on Thursday evening at 11:30 o'clock.
    A daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Wolfe Starr, she was born at Stein's Mill 55 years ago, and was a member of the Reformed Church, Steins Mill.
    Her husband died a number of years ago and she is survived by six children: Ethel, wife of John Super, Phila.: Marion, wife of Lee Radford. Pottsville; Leroy, Minersville; Naomi, wife of Harry Knerien, Lima, Ohio: Arlene, wife of Joseph Skwatt, Berwyn, Illinois; Alice, wife of Eugene Lewis, Indianapolis, Ind; 15 grandchildren; one brother. Holland Starr, Saint Clair and four sisters: Anna, wife of Harry Leininger, Tremont; Jennie, wife of Willis Hadlock, Lindenwood. N.     He was a wonderful father and grandfather and will be deeply missed. He was a superintendent of Penn National Racetrack and enjoyed collecting and restoring John Deere tractors
    Surviving are 2 sons, Mark Bainbridge of Duncannon and Gilbert Bainbridge of Harrisburg; 3 daughters, Tanya Arendt of Etters, Cindy Cackovic of Linglestown, and Lorrie Stahl of Grantville; 2 brothers, James Bainbridge of Linglestown and Billy Tyson of Harrisburg; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
    Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

    James H. Bainbridge 86 of Harrisburg, died Friday, February 2, 2024 at his home.
    James was born in Harrisburg, and was retired from Bethlehem Steel Co., where he was a crane repairman. He was a member of the Robert H. Hoke American Legion Post 272 of Linglestown. He was a veteran of the US Army.
    James was predeceased by his sister, Donna Kuhn and his brother, Leroy Bainbridge.
    James is survived by his wife of 63 years, Kathryn Bainbridge; his daughter, Jody (Richard) Donbach; his son, James (Pam) Bainbridge; his grandchildren, Amber (Brent) Harper, Kelsie Bainbridge, Krista Bainbridge and Jason Donbach; his great-grandchildren, Logan Bainbridge, Bryson and Kai Harper.
    A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 12:30 P.M., Indiantown Gap national Cemetery, Annville.
    A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 10:30 to 11:30 A.M., at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 6011 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg.

    Stutzman worked for Ronca Con struction, Allentown, until retiring in 1970.
    Born in Branch Dale, Schuylkill County, he was a son of the late Elis and Minnie Stutzman.
    He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
    Surviving with his widow are a son Gary of Carlisle, Cumberland County, three sisters, Mrs. Agnes Raudenbush of Suddlersville, Md., and Mrs. Minerva Tyson and Mrs. Honey Sumner, both of Pottsville; a stepdaughter Joyce, wife of Joseph Sikora of Bath; a stepson, Louis Palmer of Tonysvej, Denmark, and five grandchildren.

    She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Orwigsburg. Anna had been employed as a merrill machine operator.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, George A.W Somers, in 1966, and was the last of her immediate family.
    Surviving are five daughters, Dolores Seaman, Orwigsburg, Betty, wife of Alvin Miller, Schuylkill Haven, Frieda, wife of George Weider, Orwigsburg, Rosalie Wingle, Schuylkill Haven, and Ann, wife of Michael Zerbe, Pine Grove; 13 grandchildren; 12 greatgrandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
    Services will be held at noon Wednesday at H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, with the Rev. Joseph J. Scholtes Jr officiating. There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Schuylkill Memorial Park Cemetery Schuylkill Haven.

    She was the widow of Ralph Harrison.
    Ethel had been employed at Boscov's department store as a fashion model and a waitress.
    In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Bill Super.
    Surviving are sons, Jack Super and wife, Trudy, and Ken Harrison and wife, Leigh Ann; daughters, Claire DiCamillo and husband, Thomas, and Joan LaRusso and husband, Anthony; daughter-in law, Mary Super; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
    Graveside services took place in Mount Peace Cemetery, Minersville.. Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg, has been entrusted with arrangements.
