    She was a social member of the American Legion Post in Tremont and the North End Fire Company, Pine Grove.
    She is survived by a daughter, Joe D. Madenford, Deer Lake; a son, Parrish, Fairfax, Va; a stepson, Richard D. Jr., Fredericksburg; a stepdaughter, Melissa M.Campbell, Linden; three sisters, Linda K. Mowry, Huntingdon, Fay Steffie, Schuylkill Haven, and Joy Thompson, Donaldson; and eight grandchildren.
    A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Minnig-Berger Funeral Home, Tremont. The Rev. Maureen Duffy-Guy will officiate. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in German Reformed Cemetery, Tremont. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's United Church of Christ, 57 Spring St., Tremont, PA 17981.

    He attended school in the Tremont area and had worked at Avenues, Pottsville.
    He was raised in the Evangelical United Brethren faith where he came to know Jesus.

    He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald E., Samuel P. and Keith A. Koppenhaver; and an infant sister, Wendy K. Koppenhaver.
