    She retired as a cafeteria employee at the Selinsgrove State School.
    Mrs. Maurer was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Sunbury.
    She was also a member of the Eastern Star, Sunbury.
    Surviving are one daughter, Dolores and her husband, Lorenzo Tironi, of Middletown, N.Y; two sons, Dennis and his wife, Suzanne Keen, of Harrisburg, and Gary and his wife, Bonita Maurer, of Arlington, Texas; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Roxie Wetzel of Herndon and Marlene Matter of Mandata.
    Preceding her in death, in addition to her first and second husbands, were three brothers, Leon, Ray and Glenn Leitzel, and one sister, Irene Bohner.
    Visitors may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the James A. Reed Funeral Home, Pillow, where the funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Daniel Busch.
    Burial will be in Herndon Cemetery.
    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, Spruce Street Sunbury, PA 17801.

    Born Sept. 17, 1919, in Hebe, he was a son of the late Warren and Elva Mary (Wiest) Leitzel. In 1942, he was married to the former .Norma A. Zerby.
    He attended the Hubley Township schools.
    Mr. Leitzel owned and operated Leon Leitzel and Sons TV Repair, Klingerstown.
    He was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Klingerstown, where he was a in the choir and formerly served on the church council; Klingerstown Fire Company; past master of Masonic Lodge4No. 702, Herndon; Upper Dauphin Shrine Qub, Elizabethville; Zembo Temple and Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, both of Harrisburg; and Scottish Rite Club of Schuylkill County.
    In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Larry L. of Winston-Salem, N.C., Glenn R. of Harrisburg and David R. of Franktown, Colo; three grandsons; one brother, Ray of Gratz; and four sisters, Irene Bohner of Selinsgrove, Gladys Maurer of Sunbury, Roxie Wetzel of Herndon and Marlene Matter of Herndon RD1.
    He was preceded in death by two brothers, Glenn and Marlin.
    The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Klingerstown, by the Rev. Walter L. Hafer. Burial will be in St. Michael's Lutheran Cemetery, Klingerstown.
    Visitors may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown RD1, where a Masonic service will be conducted at 7:30, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.

    Warren Grant Leitzel, 61, teacher in the Mahanoy Joint school system for more than 30 years, and well known resident of the Herndon area, died in Geisinger Memorial Hospital, Danville, at 6:30 a. m. Saturday. He had been hospitalized three weeks ago when he suffered a heart attack.
    The son of Adam and Catharine Snyder Leitzel, Mr. Leiitzel resided at Hebe, near Herndon, R. D., and was a native of that area.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Elva Weist, two sons, Leon, of Klingerstown, and Ray, Herndon, R. four daughters, Mrs. Irne Bohner, who is living in Morocco, Africa, where her husband is stationed as a chaplain with the U. S. Air Force; Mrs. Gladys Maurer, Sunbury; Mrs. Roxie Wetzel, Herndon, and Marlene, at home; four brothers, Naldy, Gratz; Samuel, David and Harry, of Herndon, R. D; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Troutman, Herndon, R. and Mrs. Sarah Bensinger, Klingerstown; and seven grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 from the Rothermel Funeral Home, Herndon, and will be continued at Hebe church. Rev. Paul Billow, Lutheran pastor, and Rev. Jacob singer, Reformed pastor, will oiificiate. Interment will be in Hebe cemetery.
    Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p. m.

    Mr. Maurer was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Sunbury.
