    Surviving are his wife, Sandy Neidlinger Phillippy; daughter, Hillery Keller, Annville; son, Craig James, Tower City; daughter, Angela Phillippy, Hummelstown; and a son, Jeffrey Lee Phillippy Jr., Chester, Va; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Diane Thorton and Kandice Gassert, both of Pine Grove; and a brother, David Phillippy, Jonestown.
    Memorial services were held Friday at Outwood Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Barry L. Spatz officiating. Interment will be in Outwood Lutheran Cemetery. H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, was in charge of arrangements.

    The Rev. Clyde E. Huber, pastor emeritus of Schwarzwald U.C.C., Jacksonwald, died March 8 at 10:20 a.m. in his residence in Spring Township.
    Huber, 83, was the husband of Anna Mae(Hoy) Huber. He was installed as pastor of the Jacksonwald church in November 1961 and served for 31 years until his retirement on Christmas eve 1992.
    Before coming to Berks he served three years in Williamstown, Dauphin county; seven years in Steelton, Dauphin County; three years in Jim Thorpe, Carbon County; and 4 1/2 years in Cressona, Schuylkill county.
    Following his retirement he served pastorate in Molltown; St John's U.C.C., Friedensburg, Schuylkill county; Christ U.C.C. Temple; and St.John's(Gernant's) U.C.C., Ontelaunee Township.
    Born in Pine grove, Schuylkill county, he was a son of the late Edward I. and Helen P. (Smith) Huber. Huber was a 1939 graduate of Pine grove High School and a 1943 graduate of Gettysburg College. He attended Eastern Babtist Theological Seminary, Phila., and received his bachelor of divinity from the Eastern Baptist and Evangelical School of Theology in 1945. Huber received his master's degree in sacred theology from the Lutheran Theological Seminary, Gettysburg, in 1950.
    Huber was past president and chaplaon of the Optimist Club of Reading. He was tri-county chaplain of Optimist International, covering Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. He was a past member of the Berks Drug and Alcohol Planning and Implementation council for ten years.
    Huber was a past president of the Cressona Ministerium Association and past treasurer of the Schuylkill County Salvation Army. He was a past director of audio visuals for the Evangelical Congregational Church, a past member of the general board of christian education of the EC church and of the plan Book Committee.
    Huber served as county director of the retreat camp for married couples at Waldheim Park, Allentown, and an instructor and lecturer in the Intermediate School of Methods. He served on the Boy Scout programs both locally and county levels. He served as chaplain for local, county and state Patriotic Order Sons of America chapters.
    He was past president and treasurer of the Exeter Ministerium. Was chairman for youth work for the Reading Council of Churches and annuant visitor for the UCC Pension Board.
    He is also survived by a son Dr. David C. Huber, Wyomissing; and a daughter Christine A, Huber Anne, Rensselaer, N.Y. Other survivors include four grandchildren. Services will be friday at 11 a.m. in the Lutz Funeral Home, Mt. Penn. Burial will be private.1

    Anna Mae Huber, 91, a resident of Phoebe Berks Village, Wernersville, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015.
    She was the widow of Rev. Clyde E. Huber, who passed away March 8, 2005.
    Born in Pine Grove, PA, she was a daughter of the late Harold J. and Naomi E. (Fehr) Hoy.
    Anna Mae was a graduate of Pine Grove High School in 1942 and Pennsylvania State University in 1945.
    She was a member of Schwarzwald U.C.C.-Jacksonwald and St. John Gernant's U.C.C. Church-Leesport. Anna Mae was a member of the Mary E. Moore Order of the Eastern Star #372-Pine Grove; a life member of the Penn State Alumni; the Pennsylvania State Education Retirement System at both the local and state level; and a member of the Tweed PA Retired Teachers Group.
    Anna Mae was a kindergarten teacher at Seiler Private School in Harrisburg and a home economics teacher at Pennbrook Public School in Harrisburg. She was also a second grade teacher in the Exeter Township School District and lastly as a home economics teacher at Exeter Township Junior High School, retiring in 1986.
    Anna Mae is most remembered for her strong religious beliefs, her years of teaching, being an excellent seamstress and cook, traveling, her love of anything related to the beach and her joy of shopping and collection of shoes, but most important to Anna Mae was for her family to get a good education and have a happy successful life and to always cherish your family and friends and the memories you share.
    Anna Mae is survived by: one son, Dr. David C. Huber of Wyomissing and one daughter, Christine A. Anné of Rensselaer, NY; four grandchildren: Jennifer Anné, Heather Huber, Gregory Anné and Matthew Huber; and one sister, Miriam F. (Hoy) Davis of Middleberg, PA. She was predeceased by her brother, Harold J. Hoy.
    Visitation with family and friends will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m. with services beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015, in the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Perkiomen Ave., Mt. Penn. Interment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove, PA.
    In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John's Gernants U.C.C. Church for Youth Leadership Ministry and Youth Education Opportunities, 13 Gernants Road, Leesport, PA 19533
