    The son of Albert Earl and Carrie Moser Scheib, he was born March 21, 1937, at Brookville.
    Formerly of Clearfield, Mr. Scheib has been residing in Indiana for the past 24 years. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
    He had been employed with Penelec for more than 31 years, retiring just recently.
    Surviving are his wife, Sandra J. Nicklas Scheib; a daughter, Melissa, at home; a son, Randall, Phoenix, Ariz; his mother, Valley View; and a grandson.
    He was preceded in death by his father.
    Services and private interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Valley View, Schuylkill County. The Frank T, Mihalcik Funeral Home, Indiana, is in charge of arrangements.
