She was born in Panama, the daughter of the late Albert and Loreen Flynn Rawls, and was the widow of Irvin A. Klinger .Jr. She was an active member of First Christian Church in Petersburg and the Reserve Officers association Ladies. (Roal) Mrs. Klinger was a charter member of the Colonial Heights Woman's club and a member of the Colonial Heights Garden club. She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Kenneth R. Klinger and wife Shirley of Roanoke; a granddaughter, Jennifer K. Leon and husband Sergio of Midlothian; two greatgrandchildren, Michael I. Leon and Sophia M. Leon. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2008 in First Christian Church 301 S. Boulevard Petersburg with the Rev. Ron Hopkins and the Rev. Gary Edens officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heights chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to First Christian Church 301 S. Boulevard Petersburg Va., 23805.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, April 7, 2001, 1:30 p.m., at Immaculate Conception Church, 216 East Dunstable Road, Nashua. Burial will be private.
