    Wounds Fatal for Dornsife RD Man
    Carl R. Klinger, 35, Dornsife R. D., died in his home yesterday from a self-inficted rifle wound of the head.
    Klinger died one-half hour after he was found by his wife on the farm following his morning chores. An ambulance was summoned from Klingerstown, but Klinger was dead when the ambulance arrived.
    The rural area man took a .22 caliber rifle from his home and held it below his chin, according to Dr. Henry Ulrich, Sunbury. Northumberland County coroner. He released the bodv to Rothermel funeral home, Klingerstown.
    Mr. Klinger had been in ill health during recent months.
    Born October 14, 1922. in the Klingerstown area, Mr. Klinger was a son of William E. and Magdalene (Wetzel) Klinger. A war veteran, Mr. Klinger had been angaged in farming since being discharged from service. He was inducted into the Armv on June 12, 1943. and was discharged in 1944 at Camp Stewart. Ga.
    Mr. Klinger was married to the former Hilda Klock, Pitman, who survives. Other survivors are the parents and the following children: Kenneth, Patricia. Larry, Janet and Donald, all at home. Also surviving are a brother, Dean Klinger, Dornsife R. D., and two sisters. Mrs. Leo Keefer, En'ola, and Mrs. Clarence E. Smeltz, Dornsife, R.D.
    Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 in Salem Lutheran and Reformed Church, Klingerstown R. D., with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. J. C. Glessner will officiate. Friends may call at the Rotherrmel funeral home, Klingerstown R. D. 1, on Fnday evening.

    Services for Hilda Klinger, 71, of RD1 Dornsife, who died Saturday morning at her home, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from Salem United Church of Christ Church, RD1 Klingerstown. The Rev. Mark Rothermel will officiate. Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, RD1 Klingerstown. Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, RD1 Klingerstown, is in charge of arrangements.
    Born in Pitman, Feb. 8, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Beulah Erdman Klock. She was educated in Pitman area schools.
    She was last employed by Blyler Fruit Farms, Gratz.
    She was of the Protestant faith.
    Preceding her in death were her husband, Carl R., on May 13, 1958, and two brothers, Lester and Walter Klock.
    Surviving are six sons, Kenneth C. Klinger, Lebanon, Larry L. Klinger, RD1 Dalmatia, Donald L. Klinger, RD1 Dornsife, Clair E. Hain, Renova, Kenneth E. Haln, RD1 Dornsife, and Charles E. Hain, Gratz; four daughters, Patricia Reiner, RD1 Herndon, Janet Northway, Grand Rapids, Mich., Doris Flynn, RD1 Dornsife, and Elaine Morgan, Gratz; three brothers, Felix Klock, Locustdale, Leroy Klock, RD1 Pitman, and Samuel Klock, Lititz; two sisters, Kathryn Miller, Ashland, and Irene Morgan, RD2 Hegins; a companion, Charles E. Hain, with whom she resided for 34 years; 32 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.

    Mrs. Anna Irene Ramberger Straub, 72, of 316 Park Ave., Valley View, died at 12:50 Sunday afternoon at Good Samaritan Hospital where she was admitted Wednesday.
    Mrs. Straub was born Aug. 25, 1903 in Klingerstown, daughter of the late James and Catherine Erdman Wolfgang. She had been employed at Philmark Industries, Valley View.
    She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Valley View.
    She was twice married. Her first husband, William Ramberger, died in 1965 and her second husband, Raymond Straub, died in 1971.
    Surviving are four children, Arlene, wife of Russell Bixler, Ridley Park; Velma, wife of Ivan Hoffner, Valley View; Paul, Dal-matia; Lois, wife of James Fetter, Atlas; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Knarr, Klingerstown; Mrs. Earl Movyer, Gratz; one brother, Oliver Wolfgang, RD Lykens.
    Services will be held Wednesday morning in Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. G.R. Grube officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery. The Buffington Funeral Home, Valley View, has charge of arrangements.

    Paul Ramberger, 87, of Dalmatia, passed away on September 10, 2021, at his home in Dalmatia. He was born in Rough & Ready on April 22, 1934, a son of the late Anna and William Ramberger. Paul worked at Keystone Railway Equipment Co. until his retirement in 1996.
    He served in the Army from 1956- 1958. He attended Grace Community Church, Herndon, and was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 776.
    Paul is survived by his wife Barbara Ramberger. He was preceded in death by a son, Keith Ramberger and three sisters.
    Visitation will be held on September 18, 2021 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Grace Community Church, Herndon. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 10:30 am also from the Church.
    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Homeland Hospice, 2300 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, PA 17110.2
