    MRS. LYDIA WITMER Mrs. Lydia Witmer, 76, of Pillow, died in the Community Hospital, Sunbury, May 24.
    She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Criswell of Philadelphia, and three sons, Lloyd, Kermit and Landis Witmer, all of Dalmatia R.D; twenty-eight grandchildren and fifteen greatgrandchildren.
    Other survivors are a brother, Landis Bohner of Dalmatia R. D. and two sisters, Mrs. William Sheesley and Mrs. Charles Koble of Sunbury.
    Services were held from the Rothermel Funeral Home, Herndon, at 2:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Rev. John Bucher, pastor of the Pillow Reformed Church, and Rev. Truman Wise, Mandata, officiated. Interment was made in the Unban Cemetery.

    DALMATIA - Mrs. Katie E. Bohner, 76, of Damatia RD, died Monday in her home.
    She was a member of Zion s United Church of Christ and the Ladies Aid Society.
    Born in Lower Mahanoy Township, Dec. 23, 1903, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Jenny Bahney. Her first husband, Wayne H. Witmer, died in 1945. In 1959, she married Fred P. Bohner, who survives.
    In addition to her husband, are seven children, John Witmer of Hershey, Mrs. Albert Peifer of Pillow, Mrs. Lloyd Moore of Gulf Hammock, Fla., Mrs. Lawrence Davis of Harrisburg, Kermit W. Witmer of Dalmatia Star Route, Mrs.. Marlin Kauffman of Lancaster, and Mrs. Mark Smeltz of Valley View; 23 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. James Schreiber of Enola; and a brother, William Engle of Carlisle.
    Two daughters preceded her in death.
    The funeral will be conducted at 2 p . m. Thursday in the Zions Church of Stone Valley, Dalmatia RD, by the Rev. M. David Walthour, pastor of Uniontown Charge UCC, assisted by the Rev. George Heberling of the Jordan Charge.
    Burial will be in Stone Valley Cemetery, Dalmatia RD.
    Friends will be received In the Edwin J. Hoover Funeral Home, Dalmatia, from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and at the church, Thursday from noon to the time of the service.

    She was born July 31, 1912, in Dalmatia RD, Northumberland County, a daughter of the late Howard and" Mary (Carl) Lenker. She was married to Kermit Witmer.
    Mrs. Witmer was a housewife.
    She was a member of Zion Stone Valley United Lutheran Church, Dalmatia.
    In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Helen Shade of Gratz; two sons, Howard of Pillow and Paul of Dalmatia RD; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Katherine Snyder of Deltona, Fla. and Mary Furman of Perris, Calif; and four brothers, George of Prattsburg, N.Y., Carl of Herndon RD, John of Florida and Paul of Dalmatia RD.
    The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the James A. Reed Funeral Home, Market and Chestnut streets. Pillow, by the Rev. J. Robert Snyder. Burial will be in Stone Valley Cemetery, Dalmatia RD.
