    DORNSIFE -- Guy L. Hoch, 79, of Dornsife RD1 died at 7:20 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 1994, in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, as a result injuries suffered in a farm accident on Tuesday.
    Born Dec. 28, 1914, in Washington Township, he was the son of the late Fred G. and Alice Kobel Hoch. He married the former Dora E. Reitz in 1935.
    He was educated in Washington Township schools.
    Mr. Hoch was a farmer. He was a truck driver for 24 years for Meckley Limestone Products Herndon RD1, before retiring in 1979.
    He was a member of Himmels Lutheran Church, Rebuck.
    In addition to his wife, Mr. Hoch is survived by a son, Paul L. of Rebuck; two daughters, Jean Snyder of Herndon RD1 and Linda Straub of Dornsife RD1; a sister, Elva Kahler of Halifax RD3; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
    A grandson, Dale Heintzelman, died in 1974.
    The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Himmels Lutheran Church, Rebuck, by the Rev. Frederick H. Faust of Dornsife RD1 and the Rev. George Heberling of Herndon RD1. Visitors may call at the church from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
    Burial will be in Himmels Cemetery, Rebuck.
    Arrangements are by the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown RD1.

    DORNSIFE -- Dora E. Hoch, 85 of RR1 Dornsife, died at 9 a.m. Sunday, March 25, 2001, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where she had been a patient since Saturday evening.
    She was born April 27, 1915, in Rebuck, Washington Township, a daughter of the late Harvey and Alice (Ferster) Reitz. She was married to Guy L. Hoch, who preceded her in death April 9, 1994.
    Mrs. Hoch was a homemaker and was educated in the Washington Township schools. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, and reading her bible.
    She was a member of Himmel's Lutheran Church at Rebuck, and the Ladies Quilting Group.
    Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Jean E. and Michael Coilura of Northumberland and Linda L. and Glenn Straub of RR1 Dornsife; one son and daughter-in-law, Paul L. and Lily Hoch of Rebuck, nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; four sisters, Mabel Kieffer of Bradenton, Arlene Trouton of Mechanicsburg; Loy Heim of Camp Hill, and Lena Lenker of Dalmatia; nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by one grandson. Dale Heintzelman, who died Sept. 4, 1974; one sister, Stella Elliott, and four brothers, Clyde, Earl, Irvin, and Ray Reitz.
    Visitors may call from 7 to 9 tonight and from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Himmel's Church, Rebuck. The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church by the Rev. Frederick H. Faust, her pastor.
    Burial will be in the Himmel's Cemetery.
    Contributions may be made in her memory to the Himmel's Church Memorial Fund, Rebuck, PA 17867.
