    Agnes R. Farley 69, of West Chester, passed away Tuesday at Chester County Hospital.
    She was the beloved wife of Peter J. Farley with whom she shared 42 years of marriage.
    Born in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Herbert and Agnes McKeone Rothermel.
    A 1962 graduate of Minersville High School, she was the class valedictorian. She continued her education at West Chester State College and graduated with honors in 1966.
    She was a teacher at Perms-bury High School and Grove Nursery School.
    Agnes was a Girl Scout growing up and was a Girl Scout troop leader for both of her daughters. She loved reading, teaching, watching "Jeopardy" and doing crossword puzzles. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother, nana and sister.
    She was preceded in death a sister, Lois.
    Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughters, Angela Darlington (John) and Dana Farley; a sister, Shirley and brother-in-law, David; a sister-in-law, Regina; two grandsons; two granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
    Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, where family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. A visitation will also be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Grove United Methodist Cemetery, West Chester.     Lois R. Lindenmuth, 66, of Jonestown passed away on Friday, July 13, 2007, at the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of the late William F. Lindenmuth.
    Born in Pottsville on February 17, 1941, she was the daughter of Herbert Rothermel of Minersville and the late Agnes McKeone Rothermel. She was of the Catholic faith, and enjoyed knitting, crafts, bowling and swimming.
    In addition to her father she is survived by sons Adam F. Lindenmuth of Jonestown, John D. Madden of Dover; daughters Lois J. Lindenmuth and Jane A. Lindenmuth both of Jonestown; and sisters Agnes R. Farley of West Chester and Shirley R. Cleary of Centennial, Colo.
    Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. at the Strauss-Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home, 48 W. Market St., Jonestown. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the East Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg.

    Surviving are his wife, Lois R.     She was employed in the local garment industry.
    She was a member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Minersville.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter and a brother, Russell Rothermel, in 1988.
    Surviving are her husband, Richard, to whom she was married 41 years; a son, Jeffrey, Pottsville; a daughter, Jennifer Radogna, Bethlehem; a brother, Craig, Pottsville; three grandchildren, Tyrus, Aaron and Curtis Huntzinger; nieces and a nephew.
    Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday from Donald J. Butler Funeral Home, 328 Sunbury St., Minersville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 123 Spruce St., Minersville. The Rev. Leo J. Maletz will be the celebrant.     Born in Pottsville, he was a son of the late Charles and Lillian Pothering Huntzinger.
    Richard attended Tremont schools, and was a Vietnam Era Army veteran.
    He retired from the former Exxon Chemical Plant and its successor, Tredegar.
    He was a member of St. Matthew the Evangelist Church, Minersville, and a member of the former St. Stanislaus Kostka Church. He was also a member of New Minersville Fire Company
    He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Carol Rothermel, in 2007; and an infant daughter.
    He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Haydt, Bethlehem; and a son, Jeffrey Huntzinger, Pottsville; four grandchildren, Tyrus, Aaron and Curtis Huntzinger and Anya Haydt; a brother, Charles Huntzinger, Tremont; a sister, Phyllis Lorenz, Cherry Hill, NJ; nieces and nephews.
    A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Matthew the Evangelist Church, 139 Spruce St., Minersville. The Rev. Leo J. Maletz will officiate.     Russell H. Rothermel, 40, a Minersville baseball player who was with the Houston Astros organization for 13 years, died Saturday night in his home.
    Born in Pottsville, he was a son of Ann Walasavage Rothermel, and the late Russell Rothermel.
    He was a 1966 graduate of Minersville High School.
    He was a member of Minersville High School's 1966 Fabulous Five Basketball Team.
    In 1973 he played with the Astros in the Southern League, Columbus, Ga., where he led the league in consecutive strikeouts and was named the top left-handed pitcher as the leader with a 1.82 earned run average.
    Also in 1973, Mr. Rothermel played in the Winter League in the Dominican Republic.
    He was an assistant coach for Minersville High School Basketball Team.
    He played with the Valley View Legion Baseball Team, and New Minersville Hose Company Softball Team.
    Mr. Rothermel was employed by Hershey Chocolate Productions until becoming ill.
    He was a member of St Stanislaus Kostka Church, Minersville, and New Minersville Hose Company.
    He was a member of the Marine Corps Reserves.
    Surviving, in addition to his mother, of Minersville, are his wife, the former Linda Pothering; two daughters, Mitra, and Meggie, both at home; a sister, Carol Huntzinger, Minersville ; a brother, Craig, with the Army in West Germany; nieces and nephews.
    Private services will be held Wednesday morning from Mahal-Ritzel Funeral Home, Minersville, at the convenience of the family.
