  YORK -- Glenn K. Romberger, 74, of Springettsbury Township, died at 5 p.m. Wednesday at York Hospital. He was the husband of Faye E. (Wesner) Romberger.
  Following cremation at White Rose Crematorium, a memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Pleasureville United Methodist Church, 2606 N. Sherman St, York. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Mount Zion Cemetery. There will be no viewing. The Workinger-Semmel Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc, 849 E. Market St, York, is in charge of arrangements.
  Mr. Romberger was bom Sept 11, 1926, in Northumberland County. He was the son of the late John and Bertha (Hamer) Romberger.
  He retired from the former Schmidt & Ault Paper Co. as plant manager after 40 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
  Mr. Romberger also is survived by three sons, Glenn K Romberger Jr. and Richard L. Romberger, both of York, and Ronald A. Romberger of Etters; six grandchildren; and a brother, Austin Romberger of Wilburton.
  Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Steven M. Livermore of Pleasureville United Methodist Church.

  Her husband, Austin C. Romberger, preceded her in death in 2005.
  Surviving are two sons, Charles Romberger, of Kinzers, and David Romberger, of Bath; two sisters, Jean March and Dorothy Ford, both of England; a brother, Charles Williams, of Australia; three grandchildren, Jennifer Grasser, Melissa Romberger and Colin Romberger; and five great-grandchildren, Kyle and Courtney Grasser and Madison, Sophie and Connor Romberger.
