    Following cremation at White Rose Crematorium, a memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Pleasureville United Methodist Church, 2606 N. Sherman St, York.     He retired from the former Schmidt & Ault Paper Co. as plant manager after 40 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
    Mr. Romberger also is survived by three sons, Glenn K Romberger Jr. and Richard L. Romberger, both of York, and Ronald A. Romberger of Etters; six grandchildren; and a brother, Austin Romberger of Wilburton.
    Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Steven M. Livermore of Pleasureville United Methodist Church.

    Joy Romberger
    DANVILLE — Joy Romberger, 92, formerly of Wilburton, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
    She was born March 21,1925, in Newton Abbot, England, a daughter of the late Frederick and Alice M. (Tanner) Williams.
    She graduated from schools in Totnes, England, and a two-year community college in Torquay, England. She moved to the United States in February 1946.
    She was a member of Wilburton United Methodist Church.
    Her husband, Austin C. Romberger, preceded her in death in 2005.
    Surviving are two sons, Charles Romberger, of Kinzers, and David Romberger, of Bath; two sisters, Jean March and Dorothy Ford, both of England; a brother, Charles Williams, of Australia; three grandchildren, Jennifer Grasser, Melissa Romberger and Colin Romberger; and five great-grandchildren, Kyle and Courtney Grasser and Madison, Sophie and Connor Romberger.
    She was also preceded in death by a sister, Nora Fielder; and a brother, John Williams.
    ROMBERGER — Joy Romberger, 92, formerly of Wilburton. A funeral service will be held at noon Wednesday at the Willard Rothermel Funeral Home, Mount Carmel, with the Rev. Rose Marquardt officiating. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
