    Patricia A. Putnam-Lebo, 77, formerly of Wiconisco, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011 at home.
    She was a retired employee of the PA Department of Transportation; a member and former secretary of A.F.S.C.M.E. Council No.2534; a graduate of the former Williamstown Catholic High School and enjoyed collecting dolls.
    Pat was the daughter of the late Walter and Agnes Kramer Stuppy; was also preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Putnam and a sister, Kathy Stuppy.
    She is survived by her husband, James D. Lebo, three daughters, April Schaffer and her husband Jack, Katherine English and her husband Dennis, and Cynthia Hoke and her husband Larry, all of Williamstown; a sister, Rosemary Hoke, Williamstown; three grandchildren, Jackie, Daniel and Derrick; and three great-grandchildren, Tiyo, Skyler, and Logan.
    Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
    There will be no viewing or visitation.
    Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to the Lebanon County Humane Society, 150 North Ramona Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067.
