    Helen C. Schreffler, 75, of Rebuck died Wednesday, July 25 at her home. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Guy E. Schreffler. The couple married May 4, 1974.
    Born October 25, 1936 at Sunbury Hospital, she was a daughter of the late Francis G. and Katie M. (Snyder) Oxenrider. Helen attended the former Mahanoy Joint High School. She was employed at Muskin Shoe Factory, the Gratz shirt factory, Wiconisco Factory and retired in 1999 from Stitches in Sunbury.
    She was a member of Christ Evangelical and Reformed Church. She was also a member of the Mahantongo Fire Company and its women's auxiliary, a member of the Lower Northumberland Senior Citizens, the Rebekah Lodge of Dornsife and the Woodmen of the World Lodge of Pitman.
    Surviving are her husband Guy; two children and their spouses, Connie Adams and her husband Trace and Jack Hamilton and his wife Sue; two step children, Ernest Schreffler and his wife Diane and Joyce McRae and her husband Roger; four grandchildren, Kyna Steinmeier, Shannen Heim, Jack Hamilton, Jr. and Justin Hamilton; four step grandchildren, Steven Schreffler, Keith Janson, Melissa Janson and Brian Romberger; three great grandchildren, Jacqui Heim, Braxton Steinmeier, and Addison Steinmeier; three step great grandchildren; three brothers, Almond, Mark and Carl Oxenrider; two sisters, Eleanor Rebuck and Nancy Wetzel; as well as nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
    A viewing was held on Sunday, July 29, at the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, 1133 Ridge Rd., Klingerstown, with the Rebekah Lodge conducting their service at 8 p.m. and from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Monday, July 30 at the funeral home where the funeral service followed at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Raymond Brown officiating. Burial was at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Leck Kill.

    HERNDON- William E. Oxenrider, Sr., 77, of Amish School Road in Herndon passed away Wednesday, April 13th at Geisinger Medical Center.
    He was born on October 8, 1938 in Leck Kill the son of the late John and Blanche (Starr) Oxenrider. He was the husband of Joanne C. (Mull) Oxenrider.
    He retired from Eastern Industries, Elizabethville.
    In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons William E. Oxenrider, Jr. of Elizabethville, Johnny L. Oxenrider and his wife Vicki of Northumberland, and Christopher L. Oxenrider of Herndon, a sister Florence Dockey of Pillow, 4 grandchildren.
    The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 AM on Monday, April 18th at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Homes, Inc. in Elizabethville. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM.

    Paul D. Rebuck, 85, of Dalmatia, passed away on September 17, 2019, at the Arden Courts of Susqehanna, Harrisburg. He was born in Klingerstown on November 24, 1933, a son of the late Flossie and Daniel Rebuck.
    Paul was employed as a Driver for UPS. He served in the U.S. Army form 1953-55. He was a member of God's Missionary Church, Pillow, Dalmatia Kiwanis Club and the Teamsters Union.
    Paul is survived by his son, Rick (Cathy) Rebuck of Harrisburg, PA; three granddaughters, Collette Rebuck of Harrisburg, Corrinne (Gabriel) Ulrich of Harrisburg, Carrissa Rebuck of Harrisburg; brother, Leon Rebuck of Delaware; two sisters, Corrine Welker of Lykens Twp, Elva Gessner of Northumberland. He was preceded in death by his wife Dolores Rebuck and a sister, Arlene Rothermel.
    A viewing will be held on September 23, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at God's Missionary Church, Pillow. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019, at 11:00 am at the God's Missionary Church, Pillow. Interment will take place in the God's Missionary Cemetery, Lykens Twp.
    In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to God's Missionary Church, 155 S. Union Street, Pillow, PA.
