    He was born in Lykens, Nov. 2, 1940, a son of the late Harry and Mable Knorr Witmer.
    He was a member of Lykens American Legion Social Club.
    Surviving are three daughters, Denise L. Schade, Doreen L. Witmer and Darbie L. Deppen, all of Elizabethville; two sons, Donald L. Jr., Sheridan, and David L., Elizabethville; six grandchildren; six sisters, Mary L. Yeager, Florence M. Daniels, Joyce L. Witmer, Betty J. Buggy and Kathy M. Margetanski, all of Lykens, and Shirley E. Cordy, Halifax; three brothers, Harry D., Williamstown, and Kenneth A. and Terrance L., both of Lykens.
    Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday from John M. Shultz Funeral Home, Lykens. The Rev. P. Dale Neufer will officiate. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.

    Donald L. Witmer Jr., 50, of Colliery Avenue, Tower City, passed away unexpectedly Monday in Tower City.
    Born in Lykens, Sept. 26, 1960, he was a son of the late Donald L. Witmer Sr. and Carolyn Snyder Deppen.
    Donnie attended Upper Dauphin High School and was employed as an electri- cian at Swab Wagon Co., Elizabethville.
    He was of the Protestant faith.
    He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping, hunting and fishing. He was a member of Schlachtenbach Hunting Club, Lycoming County.
    He loved spending time with his family. His grandchildren were his pride and joy.
    Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Kathy A. Leffler Witmer; his children, Daryl L. Witmer, Tower City, Kelly A. Witmer, Elizabethville, and Kevin A. Witmer and his wife, Amber, Donaldson; a brother, David L. Witmer, Spring Glen; three sisters, Denise Shalan, Camp Hill, Doreen L. Thomas, Halifax, and Darbie L. Seymour, Har- risburg; his stepfather, John Deppen, Elizabethville; seven grandchildren, Zachary, Jus- tin, Mackenzie, Hailey, Chase, Kylie and Victoria; nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the Chapel of the Dimon Funeral Homes Inc., Tower City, with the Rev. Annette Shutt officiat- ing.     Terry was born October 22, 1946 in Lykens to the late Harry and Mable (Knorr) Witmer.
    He is survived by a brother Harry Witmer and numerous nieces and nephews.
    In addition to his parents Terry was preceded in death by brothers Robert, Donald and Ken, sisters Mary Yeager, Joyce Witmer, Florence Daniels, Betty Buggy, Kathy Margetanski and Shirley Cordy.

    Rudy Dininni, a businessman and former state House member who served the midstate for nearly a quarter century, died at his Swatara Twp. home yesterday after a prolonged illness.
    Dininni, 72, who was born and raised in Rutherford Heights, left his imprint on the transportation infrastructure of Dauphin County, the midstate banking community and the Christmases of many needy children.
    Dininni also owned a catering business located behind his home.
    The former farmer also had many business interests including banking. He was past president of Farmers Bank and Trust Co. of Hummelstown and was instrumental in bringing Community Banks, Inc. to the Rutherford Heights area.
    He was former president of Dininni Construction Co., former owner of Derry Street Appliance Center and an owner of Dininni Foods, his catering company.
    Dininni also was heavily involved in the community. He was a past president of the Reliance Hose Company No. 1; charter member and past president of the Rutherford Heights Lions Club; and a member of the Harrisburg Chapter of the Sons of Italy.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Keiser Dininni.
