    Ridgely Ickes Lenig, age 82 entered eternal rest on Monday, June 21, 2010 in the Harrisburg Hospital. Ridgely was born in Newport, PA on April 30, 1928. She was preceded in death by her parents David C. & Helen "Whalen" Ickes. She was a self-employed Market Research analyst. Ridgely was a longtime and active member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church and was also a member of the church choir. She was a former Girl Scout leader for 14 years and was a member of the National Campers & Hikers Assn. She enjoyed camping, the beach, needle crafts, making Christmas cookies, family dinners and picnics however, her favorite pastime was being with her family.
    Ridgely is survived by her husband, Marlin G. Lenig, with whom she would have celebrated 64 years of marriage on July 3; a daughter, Carol Kershner (Ronald) of Chambers Hill; two sons, Walter D. Lenig (Rhonda) of Lower Paxton Twp; and Michael E. Lenig of West Hanover Twp; eight grandchildren; Kelleen Ridgely (her namesake); Michele; Scott; David; Gretchen; Daniel; Evvann; Brandon and seven great grandchildren.
    A viewing will be held in St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 2nd and Parkway Road, Harrisburg, PA. 17110 Thursday, June 24, 2010 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Funeral Services will be held in St. Mark's United Methodist Church on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 11:30 am with the Rev. Charles V. Claybourn officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp.
    Funeral arrangements are being provided by the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Linglestown Road, Hbg, PA 17110
    In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Children's Miracle Network, 600 Centerview Drive, P.O.Box 855, Hershey, PA 17033 or to her church.2
