    RICHFIELD - Allen Earl "Al" Snyder Sr., 73, of Richfield RD1 died at 3:05 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17, 1994, at the home of his daughter, Grace A. Feltman, Mount Pleasant Mills RD2.
    Born Dec. 8, 1920, in Wiconisco, he was a son of the late Oliver A. and Jennie Lupold Snyder. He married the former Evelyn Attinger on June 19, 1943.
    Mr. Snyder attended a rural school in Urban. He was a laborer at Hempt Brothers Inc., Camp Hill, for over 20 years, retiring in 1984.
    Mr. Snyder was a Protestant.
    He was a member of AFL-CIO, Local 14458, Harrisburg; Richfield Fire Company; and the Ambulance League, Richfield.
    Mr. Snyder was an avid hunter and fisherman.
    In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Raymond L., of Mount Pleasant Mills RD2, and Allen E. Jr. of Monument, Colo; three daughters, Barbara A. Feltman of Richfield RD1, Carole P. Eppley of New Oxford, and Grace A. Feltman of Mount Pleasant Mills RD2; two brothers, Elwood Snyder of Millersburg RD1 and Charles E. Snyder of Dornsife; and four sisters, Eleanor White of Halifax RD1, Pauline Leitzel of Barton, Fla., Rose George of Millersburg and Marian Hess of Williamstown; 17 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
    Mr. Snyder was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray C. Snyder and Francis O. Snyder; two sisters, Irene Mace and Laura Reeder; and two grandchildren, Leroy E. Feltman and Janice Bingaman.
    The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the George P. Garman Funeral Home Inc., Mount Pleasant Mills, by the Rev. Kenneth M. Mick Sr. and Charles E. Snyder, evangelist and brother of deceased. Burial will be in Faith Lutheran Church Cemetery, Richfield RD1.
    Visitors may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

    He was born March 14, 1930, in Urban, a son of the late Oliver Allen and Jenny (Lubold) Snyder. He was married March 29, 1952, to the former Faye C. Rebuck, in Stone Valley, by the Rev. Jacob Singer.
    He graduated from Dalmatia High School.
    He served in the Army during the Korean conflict.
    He was a construction supervisor with the former Albert Creswell & Son. Construction Company; Winfield, for many years.
    He enjoyed nature and the outdoors.
    He was founder of the Glories of the Cross Ministries, Dornsife.
    Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three daughters and one son-inlaw, Connie Haffey of Kingsland, Ga., Debbie and David Drumheller of Dornsife and Stephanie Gibbser of Clearfield; seven grandchildren; one great -grandchild; one brother, Elwood Snyder of Millersburg; and three sisters, Rosie George of Killinger, Elanore White of Halifax and Marion Hess of Harrisburg.
    He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
    There will be no viewing.
    A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington, by Pastor Daniel Lepley.
    In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sun Home Health Services Inc., 61 Duke St., PO Box 232, Northumberland, Pa. 17857.

    Robert White Dies At Dalmatia R. D.
    Robert Ernest White, 57, of Upper® Paxton township, Dauphin county, Dalmatia RD, died this morning at 2 o'clock at his home, of complications following a lingering illness.
    He was born September 15th, 1917, at Dalmatia, the son of the late Leroy and Bessie Mae White, now Bessie Mae Kreitzer of Dalmatia, who survives him. He was a machine operator for the Pennsylvania Railroad Company for approximately 18 years.
    Surviving are his mother, his wife, Eleanor Snyder White: a stepfather, A. F. Kreitzer, and the following children: Shirley Elizabeth, Robert Ernest, Jr., and Ronald Eugene, at home; the folWhite of Forty Fort, Charles lowing brothers and sistergi, Ellis Long of Shamokin RD 2, Mrs. Edgar Martz of Millersburg, Mrs. Clarence Noble of Fort Wayne, Ind., William White, of Mechaniesburg, Mrs. Thomas Heckart of Dalmatia, and Elmer White Harrisburg. Also surviving are two stepsisters, Mrs. Elwood Danner of Harrisburg and Mrs. Guy Klinger of Klingerstown RD.
    Funeral services will be held at the Edwin Hoover funeral home on Friday, April 8, at 2:30 p. m., with Rev. Herbert E. Frankfort, Lutheran minister of Dalmatia, officiating. Interment will be in the Stone Valley cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p. m. at the funeral home.
