    KRENISKY – Susan Louise, 75, of Johnstown, died June 1, 2023, at home. Born April 15, 1948, in Johnstown. Preceded in death by her parents, William (who passed on the same day in 1974) and Louise (McKinley) Keating; and niece, Cassandra. Survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Alex M. Krenisky; brother, Michael and wife Sandy Keating; nieces, Collene and Andi; and nephew, Jonathan. Susan was a graduate of Johnstown High Class of 1966 and a graduate of IUP class of 1970. She taught home economics and later sewing at Garfield Jr. High then Johnstown Middle School. Susan liked to crochet, enjoyed travel and was a kind, gentle, and giving person. She will be missed by her husband, brother and sister-in-law, cousins and best friends Mary Raich, Deanna Haddle and Connie Held. Friends will be received Friday, June 9th from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10 a.m. at Christ the Saviour Cathedral, 300 Garfield Street, Johnstown, the Very Rev. Protopresbyter Robert Buczak officiating. Committal in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Christ the Saviour Cathedral in memory of Susan.2
