    Justine M Keefer, age 53, of Spring Glen, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
    She was born on Saturday, September 12, 1970, in Pottsville, a daughter of Linda A (Schoffstall) Wenrich of Spring Glen and the late Robert D Wenrich.
    She was a 1988 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and received her bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
    Justine was a case worker for Schuylkill County Children and Youth Services.
    She was a member of Simeon United Lutheran Church, Gratz.
    She was preceded in death by her father, Robert D Wenrich, an infant son, Jacob Lee Keefer, and a brother, Jack R Wenrich.
    Surviving in addition to her mother are two daughters, Jackie R Keefer of Lykens and Jessica E Keefer of Spring Glen; and a nephew, Jeremy Wenrich of Branchdale.
    Services will be held at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc, Valley View, on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Curtis Zemencik officiating.
    Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday at the funeral home.
    Private burial will be in St. Mark's Cemetery, Spring Glen.

    Drusilla M. “Dru” Schoffstall, Elizabethville
    Drusilla M. (Dru) Schoffstall, age 72, a part of the family of God, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2010, at the Manor At Susquehanna Village after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
    She was born September 21, 1938, in Klingerstown, PA, the daughter of Paul R. and Betty F. Hoffman Reed of Gratz. She was married for 51 years to Gerald D. Schoffstall, who survives.
    She was a member of David’s Community Bible Church, Killinger, where she did volunteer work in the church library. She also did volunteer work for many years at the Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
    Dru enjoyed playing bridge with her friends and, for many years, was a member of the local ladies golf association.
    In addition to her parents and husband, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Scott A. and Marilee Schoffstall, of Halifax, and their two children, Derek and Kaylin; one daughter, Pam J. Deitrich, of Elizabethville, and her two children, Nikki and Nathan.
    A viewing will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at David’s Community Bible Church, 1072 Route 25, Millersburg, followed by the funeral at 11:30, with the Rev. Gary Becker officiating.
    Burial will be in Gratz Union Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
    Memorial donations in Dru’s memory may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital, P.O. Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101.
    The Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home in Millersburg is handling the arrangements.
