    HERNDON - Cois D. Schadel, 77, of Herndon, died March 30, 2021, at Evangelical Community Hospital.
    He was born on March 29, 1944 in Dalmatia, PA the son of the late Harvey Schadel and Rema (Lenker) Lyter.
    Cois was married to Carol (Miller) Schadel for 52 years.
    He retired as an Truck Driver from Roadway Express of Sunbury.
    He was a life member of the Herndon & Dalmatia Fire Companies, and a social member of the Bull's Eye Hunting Camp.
    He is survived by his wife Carol Schadel, daughters Michelle Zerbe and her husband Dave of Danville, Tricia Helman and her husband Carl of Newville, grandchildren Dereck Enders, Kiersten Zerbe, Eddie Helman, and Zach Zerbe, brother Roger Schadel of Halifax, and a sister Judy Paul of Middletown.
    He was preceded in death by a sister Rita Krakowski.
    Private graveside services were held at Stone Valley "Hickory Corners" Church Cemetery.
    The family requests that memorial donations may be made to the Herndon Fire Company, 118 Main St, Herndon, PA 17830.

    Mr Falck retired in 1999 from Rentzel’s Auction Service, Emigsville, where he was employed for 14 vears and from Hershey Foods in 1985, where he worked as a butcher and truck driver for 32 years. He previously worked as a farmer for many years in the Leck Kill area, Northumberland County.
    He was a member of the United Church of Christ of Palmyra.
    Born in Greenbrier, Bucks County, May 1, 1920, he was a son of the late Edwan and Fannie A. Falck. He was the husband of the late Eva Schadel Falck.
