    Grace P. Rebuck, age 90, of Salem Road, Klingerstown, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at her residence.
    She was born on Wednesday, March 22, 1933, in Klingerstown, a daughter of the late Elwood Maurer and the late Tamie (Clark) Maurer.
    Grace enjoyed working in management at Pizza Hut, Shamokin, for 20 years prior to her retirement.
    She was a lifelong member of Salem Church of Rough and Ready; where she was very active in many groups and committees.
    Grace enjoyed reading, traveling, watching TV, shopping with her sisters and granddaughters, and spending time with her family.
    Her husband, Charles E Rebuck, Jr, passed away in 2020. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Kathryn Rickert and Carol Shomper, and a brother, Bruce Maurer.
    She is survived by two sons, Christopher M Rebuck of Klingerstown and Craig D Rebuck of Coraopolis; two granddaughters, Elizabeth L Rebuck and Allison G Rebuck; a brother, Leslie Maurer; and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be held at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc, Valley View, on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 11:00 am, with Rev Al Sones officiating.
    Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday at the funeral home.
    Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Rough and Ready.

    Rosie M. Rebuck, 92, of RD, Klingerstown, passed away Monday, January 19, 2015, at the Friendly Nursing Home where she had been a guest since September.
    Rosie was born in Dalmatia on October 25, 1922, a daughter of the late Nelson and Addie M. (Billow) Dobson.
    She graduated from Dalmatia High School and was employed at the Friendly Nursing Home as a nurses aide for ten years. She also volunteered at the nursing home for many years.
    She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Leck Kill and had previously attended Salem Church where she taught Sunday School and Bible School.
    Rosie enjoyed sewing, crocheting, gardening and loved her animals. She also volunteered at Selinsgrove State School working with the residents.
    She is survived by her husband of 71 years Ernest G. Rebuck, they were married November 24, 1943.
    She is survived by her husband , and 3 children Ernest C. Rebuck, of Austin, Tx, Sterlin M, husband of Ann Rebuck, of Cumberland, MD and Rosanna M, wife of Gary Schwartz, of Hegins.
    She is also survived by 6 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren
    She was preceded in death by four sisters, Alene Snyder, Mabel Jones, Nellie Shumaker and Joan V. Dobson.
    Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2014 from 2-3 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church, Leck Kill with the funeral service following at 3 PM with Rev. Vicky Bush officiating. Interment will follow in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery Leck Kill, PA.
