    Kenneth C. Kantner, 91, of 116 E. Grand Ave., Tower City, died Wednesday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
    Born in Tower City, Feb. 21, 1910, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kantner.
    He was a Navy veteran of World War II and Korean War and retired from the Navy after more than 30 years of service.
    He was retired owner of Kantner's City News Service, Tower City.
    He was of the Protestant faith and a member of Wil-liamstown American Legion Post 239.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Joan Gorney; two daughters, Lauren B. Cooper, Tennessee, and Freda A. Streeton, Carlisle.
    Private services will be held at the convenience of the family from Dimon Funeral Homes Inc., Tower City. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

    Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a half-sister, Lauren Cooper, Church Hill.
