    Jean was a founding member of the Lighthouse Church, Orwigsburg.
    She was preceded in death by sisters, Annabell Sowers and Dorothy Stotland; and a brother, John Bainbridge.
    Surviving are her husband, Stephen S. Stauffer, whom she married May 23, 1941; a daughter, Sandra S., wife of the Rev. William Orf, Orwigsburg; a son, James S. Stauffer, husband of Augusta, Auburn; her twin sister, Irene P., widow of Paul Mellon, Anderson, S.C., and sisters, Billene, widow of Nevin Breiner, Orwigsburg, and Elaine Miller, Schuylkill Haven; brothers, James Bainbridge, widower of Betty, Auburn, and Allen Bainbridge, husband of Joan, Drehersville; grandchildren, Jessica Orf, Jennifer Ernst, Michelle Perron and Jonah Stauffer; great-grandchildren, Michaela, Eli, Isaac and Grace Perron, Georgia, Jaime and Peter Ernst, and Annabelle Stauffer.

    Irene P. Mellon, 94, of Anderson, SC, widow of Paul W. Mellon passed away Monday, October 9th, at AnMed Health Medical Center.
    Irene was born in Minersville, PA on August 8, 1923, a daughter of the late Minnie A. (Stutzman) and James W. Bainbridge.
    Irene was a member of Lighthouse Church Orwigsburg, PA and Concord Community Church Anderson. She worked in the cutting room at former Sylray Textile factory in Orwigsburg, PA.
    She is survived by her daughter, Paula L. Holzer and husband Carl, of Anderson, SC; sister, Elaine Miller, of Schuylkill Haven, PA, brother,Allen Bainbridge and wife, of Joan of Drehersville, PA, grandchildren, Derek Holzer and wife, Kelly and Carla Marchione and husband, Joseph, four great-grandchildren, Kylie and Zander Holzer, and Adalyn and Bowen Marchione.
    Irene was predeceased by four sisters, Annabelle Sowers, Dorothy Stotland, Billene Breiner and Jean Stauffer, Irene's twin and brothers, John Bainbridge and James Bainbridge.
    A Service of Celebration of Irene’s Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 13th at Concord Community Church. Internment services will be held at Schuylkill Memorial Park in Schuylkill Haven, PA.
    Please honor Irene's request and send contributions, in lieu of flowers, in her name to Concord Community Church, 610 Concord Road, Anderson, SC 29621.

    Mrs. Billene A. "Billie" Breiner, 84, of Fort Lebanon Road, Auburn, passed away peacefully Friday surrounded by her loving family at Orwigsburg Center-Genesis Healthcare, Orwigsburg.
    She was born in Molino, Aug. 26, 1928, a daughter of the late J. William and Minnie A. Stutzman Bainbridge.
    She was the widow of Nevin A. Breiner, who passed away in 1983.
    She graduated from Schuylkill Haven High School, class of 1947, and was a member of Zion's Red Church, Orwigsburg.
    Billie was a kind, generous and caring person who welcomed anyone into her home and wanted everyone to feel happy and loved. She was a homemaker, served as tax collector for West Brunswick Township and also a 4-H leader.
    She was preceded in death by her sons, Nevin A. Breiner Jr. and William A. Breiner; sisters, Dorothea Stotland, Annabell Sowers and Jean Stauffer; a brother, John Bainbridge; an infant brother who was the twin of James.
    Billie is survived by a daughter, Jean A., widow of Mike J. Miller, Auburn; a son, Faron A., husband of Dove Breiner, Auburn; a daughter, Jill A., wife of Kerry Fritz, Cressona; grandchildren, Jason Miller, Paula Kamp, Shannon Neiswender, Ellen Robinson, Kendal Breiner, Lorraine Breiner, Lindsay Breiner, Nakeshia Fritz, Luke Fritz and Bo Fritz; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Miller, Daniel Neiswender, Reece Robinson and Leah Robinson; two sisters, Irene Mellon and Elaine Miller; two brothers, James Bainbridge and Allen Bainbridge and his wife, Joan; daughters-in-law, Roxanne Breiner-Spontak and Cynthia Breiner; a brother-in-law, Stephen Stauffer; nieces, nephews and extended family members.
    A private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Hamilton Funeral Home Inc., Orwigsburg, is honored to be serving the family.
