Lettich Rites
Services for Betty L. Lettich, 60vof 1411 W. Main St., Valley View, who died Tuesday morning in Good Samaritan Hospital, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Trinity Lutheran Church, Valley View. The Rev. H. Kapp Ogburn III and the Rev. Dr. Donald Fishel will officiate. Interment will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View. There will be no calling hours. Buffington Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Lettich was born in Gratz, Aug. 10, 1925, a daughter of Mary Schaffer Scheib, Valley View, and the late Homer Scheib.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Tri-Valley Senior Citizens and Valley View Fire Company Auxiliary.
She was employed by the former Philmark Manufacturing Co.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Earl; two daughters, Connie Schwalm, Williamstown, and Polly Stutzman, The Woodland, Tex; a son, John, Valley View; two grandchildren; six sisters, Arlene Scheib, Phyllis Heddings and Eleanor Sallada, all of Valley View, Anna Sitlinger, Elizabethville, Lois Miller, Annville, and Jean Rodichok, Tower City.
