    Mrs. Eva E. Huntsinger, 64, of Hegins RD1, died last Thursday in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Pottsville, shortly after admission.
    Mrs. Huntsinger was born June 3, 1906 at Hegins Township, daughter of Mrs. Gertie Schwalm of Valley View, and the late Elmer Schwalm.
    Mrs. Huntsinger was a member of Friedens Evan. Lutheran Church; the church choir; LCW; Sunday School teacher at Hegins. A son, John, preceded her in death four years ago.
    Surviving are her husband Elvin; mother; two daughters, Mrs. Annis Shadle, Hegins RD; Mrs. Ruth Terwilliger, Hegins RD; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Clifford Bellas, West Lawn; Earl C. Schwalm, Charleston, W. Va; Mrs. Amos Fetterman, Catawissa; Mrs. Richard Wilt, Millersburg; Clair W. Schwalm, Greenville, S. C; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    Services were held Monday morning from Friedens Church with her pastor, Rev. Raymond Hittinger of Hegins, officiating. Burial was made in the church cemetery.

    He was born in Hegins Twp, on October 31, 1929, a son of the late William and Susan E (Savidge) Shadle.
    He was a 1947 graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School.
    He was a member of F&AM Valley Lodge 797 Valley View. He was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Fountain.
    He is survived by his wife Annis M (Huntsinger) Shadle, to whom he was married for 55 years. Surviving in addition to his wife are a son Thomas M. Shadle, Hegins; a daughter Joanne P. Schwalm, Hegins; three grandsons Michael N. Schwalm, Quinlan, Texas, Joel T. Shadle, Arlington, VA, and Jesse P. Shadle, Hegins; and a granddaughter Jennifer S. Shadle, Hegins.
    He was preceded in death by three sisters Ruby Shadle, Ferne Snyder, and Pearl Shadle.
    Graveside Memorial Services will be held at Fountain Community Cemetery, Fountain, at 11 A.M. on Saturday, July 22, with Rev. Claude Schach officiating. Interment will be made in Fountain Community Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.     He was a self-employed truck driver prior to his retirement.
    He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Sacramento.
    He was also a life member of American Legion Post 575, Valley View.
    Leroy enjoyed woodworking and crafts.
    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeffery Stiely.
    He is survived by his wife, Diana M. Hepler Stiely, to whom he was married for 66 years. He is also survived by a son, Dennis L. Stiely and his wife, Abbie, Valley View; a grandson, Michael Stiely, Valley View; two granddaughters, Amy Schwalm and her husband, Terry, Hegins, and Beth Coleman and her husband, Shawn, Hegins; and four great-grandchildren, Emily and Dawson Schwalm and Rylee and Chase Coleman.
    Services were held at the convenience of the family at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, with the Rev. Raymond Holland officiating. Interment was in St. Paul's Cemetery, Sacramento.
