Galen George Klouser, 42, of Star Route, Valley View, died enroute to the office of Dr. Donald Malick, Hegins, Saturday morning.
He was born in Donaldson, Aug. 19, 1940, a son of Arlene Freeman Klouser, Valley View, and the late Marvin Klouser.
He was a miner and had been employed by AMF Skamper before becoming ill.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife, the former Monica Bixler; a son, Timothy, and a daughter, Lori, both at home.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Buff ington Funeral Home, Valley View. The Rev. Dr. Donald Fishel, Valley View, will officiate. Interment will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View. There will be no calling hours this evening.
