She was born Decembber 29, 1913 in Kosciusko County, Indiana to James & Florence Stackhouse. On October 18, 1932 she married Earl E Norris, who died July 22, 1992, after almost 60 years of marriage. Surviving: daughter, Betty (James) Phillips, Celina; 2 grandsons, Dr. Stephen (Rachael) Phillips, Upland, Indiana & Dr. Brad (Mary Kay) Phillips, Honduras, Central America; 6 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law, Ruth Warner, Avon Park, Florida and Phyllis Stackhouse, Westfield, Indiana. Deceased: 8 brothers: Zeno, Beryl, Rev. Dale, Hilbert, Floyd, Don, Illo, and Marion. She was a homemaker & bookkeeper. She graduated from high school in Etna Green, Indiana in 1932 and lived in Warsaw, Indiana for 65 years before moving to Celina, Ohio in 1997 and then to Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices in 2004. she was a member of St Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, Ohio and had been a member of the United Methodist Women, Mercer County Senior Citizens, Warsaw First Baptist Church Womens Group & Warsaw's Mothers Study Group. She & her husband spent their summers at their cottage in Birchwood, Wisconsin. Services are 11 am Friday, November 18th at Cisco Funeral Home, the Rev. Carol Sainey, officiating. Calling is 4-7 pm Thursday and 1 hour before services at Cisco Funeral Home. Calling will be Saturday 10-11 am with a memorial service at 11 at McHatton-Saddler Funeral Home in Warsaw, Indiana. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana. Memorial gifts to the 'Tree of Hope' for benevolent care at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices.²

  Ruth Maxine Warner, age 98, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on December 12, 1919 to the late John and Grace (Klinger) Norris in Kosciusko County, Indiana. She had been a resident of Sebring since 2003 coming from the Sidney, Indiana Area. She was a member of the St. John United Methodist Church and had volunteered for the ARC Resale Store in Avon Park for more than 30 years. Ruth is survived by her sons – Jack Warner (Flora) of Sebring; Rex Warner (Nell) of Indiana; Dr. Paul Warner (Ruth) of Kentucky; seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband – L. V. Warner; two brothers and three sisters. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the St. John United Methodist Church, 33631 Grand Prix Drive, Sebring, Florida 33872 with Rev.
