     Vienna A. Klinger is also referred to as Vinnie in some sources.2 She was born on 26 May 1920, Pennsylvania.1,3 She was the daughter of Albert Hyram Klinger and Mabel Maude Rebuck.1 As of 1940,her married name was Klock.4 Vienna A. Klinger married Walter Leroy Klock, son of Daniel Nelson Klock and Martha May Erdman, on 2 June 1940, at the Lutheran parsonage, Herndon, Jackson Township, Northumberland County, PA, the Rev. Charles Snyder officiating.4,5,6,7,8 Vienna A. Klinger died on 12 November 2018, Nottingham Village Nursing Home, Northumberland, Northumberland County, PA, at age 98.9

Vinnie A. Klock, 99, of Northumberland, formerly of Dornsife, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, at Nottingham Village Nursing Home, Northumberland.
She was born June 28, 1919, in Klingerstown, a daughter of the late Albert and Mabel (Rebuck) Klinger. On June 2, 1940, she married Walter "Wally" Klock who preceded her in death on Jan. 27, 2000.
Vinnie lived most of her life in Dornsife and was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Red Cross, the Idella Rebekah Lodge 58, Dornsife, and a past member of Eastern Star and the White Shrine.
Vinnie is survived by two daughters, Sandra Reed of Gratz and Doris Kahler of Dornsife; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four sisters, Katie Smeltz, Betty Wehry, Pauline Klouser, and Myrtle Klinger; and five brothers, Walter, Homer, Charles, George and Kenneth "Jack" Klinger.
A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, with a service by the Idella Rebekah Lodge 58, Dornsife at 10:45, followed by the funeral at 11, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 235 Schwaben Creek Road, Dornsife, with Pastor Karis Hagen officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Vinnie's memory to St. Peter's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 235 Schwaben Creek Road, Dornsife, PA. 17823,
Funeral arrangements are by the Robert G. Foust Jr. Funeral Home, 841 W. Shamokin St., Trevorton.
