    Steven H. Fetterolf, 68, of Valley View, passed away Thursday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
    He was born Thursday, July 14, 1949, in Ashland, a son of the late Jack D. and Marian E. Herb Fetterolf.
    He was a 1967 graduate of Tri-Valley High School, a graduate of Industrial Management Institute, Reading, a lackey at the School of Hard Knocks and a repeat International Angry Birds Champion.
    Steve had worked for the former Kocher Coal Co., Valley View, and then worked for Klinger and Stehr, Valley View, until his retirement.
    He was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Hegins.
    After his retirement, he filled his days driving others to appointments, cooking, baking, performing random acts of kindness and not-so-random tomfoolery.
    He was a comedian and generous friend, brother and uncle. He and his friend, Earl, provided much thought-provoking commentary on politics and life in general via social media.
    He now rests in peace where the luftmeter is 78 degrees and sunny forevermore.
    He is survived by two sisters, Romaine A. Daub, Millersburg, and Heidi J. Hunchberger, Richland, Mo; a brother, Joseph A. Fetterolf, York; eight nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and -nephews.
    Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Friedens United Church of Christ, Hegins, with the Rev. Michael C. Klahr officiating. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be made in Friedens Cemetery, Hegins. Memorial contributions can be made to Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, Gift Administration, 1 S. Home Ave., Topton PA 19562.

    Christian Lee Morgan, 35, of Hubley Township, passed away Saturday.
    Born in Pottsville, he was a son of Craig E. and Shirley J. Bordner Morgan, Sacramento.
    He was a 2000 graduate of Tri-Valley High School, and worked as a driver for UPS.
    He was a member the Free Masons of Valley View, Sons of the American Legion Post 575; VFW of Valley View Post 8237 and Valley View Gun Club.
    Christian loved the outdoors. He loved practicing shooting and riding motorcycles with his daughter, Khloey. He was a loving father, son, brother and friend. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
    In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandparents, Chester L. and Jean M. Morgan, Hegins; daughter, Khloey E. Morgan, Millersburg; two siblings, Gregg Lee Morgan, Sacramento, and Brandie A. Whitman, Monroeville; best friends, Heather and Matthew Deeter, Hegins, and Nathan and Shara Stoltzfus, Sacramento.
    A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Buffington Reed Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., Valley View. A viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Christian's memory to Sons of the American Legion Post 575, 1075 W. Main St, Valley View, PA 17983. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc. is entrusted with arrangements.
