    Mrs. Daisy M. Snyder
    PITMAN -- The funeral for Mrs. Daisy M. Snyder, 74, Pitman, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, Klingerstown RD1. The Rev. Abram E. Rhoads will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Kllngerstown RD1.
    There will be no viewing. Contributions may be made in her memory to the leukemia fund.
    Mrs. Snyder died Saturday morning in Hershey Medical Center where she had been a patient since Oct. 28. She had been in failing health for the past 14 months.
    Born at Klingerstown RD1, June 15, 1908, she was the daughter of the late Charles D. and Gertrude Klinger Maurer.
    Her husband, Charles L Snyder, died in 1967.
    She was an employee of Twin Valley Farmers Exchange. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Congregational Church and Sunday school, Pitman RD1, where she taught Sunday school for many years; Idella Rebekah Lodge , 58 of , Red Cross; Daughters of America, American Folk Musicians Association; and Mahantongo Fire, Company Ladies Auxiliary.
    She is survived by a son, Lamar C. of Elizabethville RD1; a daughter, Mrs. Percy Troutman of Dornsife; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Stehr of Klingerstown RD1 and Mrs. Robert Kauffman of Hegins RD1; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
