    CAMP HILL - Alma M. Reitz, 81, of Camp Hill, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2007, at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, shortly after admission, having been a patient for one week at Health South, Mechanicsburg.
    She was born Jan. 12, 1926, in RR1 Klingerstown, Northumberland County, a daughter of the late Charles and Jemima (Wiest) Rebuck. She was married on June 26, 1948, to Irvin Reitz, who preceded her in death Sept. 4, 2002.
    She was a 1943 graduate of Upper Mahanoy Township High School and a 1946 graduate of Geisinger School of Nursing.
    Alma was a retired registered nurse and held various nursing positions at area hospitals and nursing facilities and was last employed at Bethany Village, Mechanicsburg.
    She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Camp Hill.
    Alma's greatest love was her family. She also enjoyed music, reading, cooking and baking.
    She is survived by three children and their spouses, Janet and Charles Coe of Macungie, Dennis Reitz of Camp Hill and Eileen and the Rev. Allan Sones of Mechanicsburg; six granddaughters, Jennifer (Coe) Lentz, Kristin Sones, Heather Coe, Kaitlin Sones, Amber Coe and Nicole Sones; two brothers, Ernest and Charles Rebuck Jr., both of RR1 Klingerstown; and a niece and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Andrea Sones, in 1987, and a sister, Esther Speck.
    There will be a visitation from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, 1133 Ridge Road, Klingerstown, followed by the funeral at 11 with the Rev. Allan Sones and the Rev. Mark Rothermel officiating.
    Burial will be made in Salem Cemetery, Klingerstown.
    Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Good News Free Methodist Church, 124 State Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.

    Irvin E. Reitz, 78, of Camp Hill, died Wednesday morning at home.
    Born at Leck Kill, Feb. 29, 1924, he was a son of the late Lewis E. and Ida M. Gottshall Reitz. He was a 1941 graduate of Upper Mahanoy Township High School and a 1948 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics.
    He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater.
    He was a retired federal employee of the Department of Agriculture, and was last employed by the State Department of Commerce.
    He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Camp Hill.
    He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Andrea Sones, in 1987; three sisters, Gertrude Moyer, in 1987, Helen Adams, in 1972, and Mary Geist, in 1998; three brothers, John, in 1979, A. Lester, in 1991, and Norman J., in 1987.
    Surviving are his wife of 54 years, the former Alma M. Rebuck, whom he married on June 26, 1948; two daughters, Janet Coe, Macungie, and Eileen Sones, Mechanicsburg; a son, Dennis, DeSoto, Kan; a sister, Eleanor A. Rothermel, RR1 Klingerstown; a brother, Dr. Melvin L., Kutztown; five granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
    Private services will be held Saturday at the convenience of the family from Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, RR1 Klingerstown. The Rev. Allen Sones, his son-in-law, and the Rev. Mark Rothermel will officiate. Interment will be in Salem Cemetery, RR1 Klingerstown.1
