     Lester L. Scheib was born on 3 June 1909.2 He was the son of Francis Washington Scheib and Salome Ellen Welker.2 Lester L. Scheib married Margaret E. Troutman.2 Lester L. Scheib died on 14 December 1984, Spring Glen, Schuylkill County, PA, at age 75.3,2

Services for Lester L. Scheib, 75, of Spring Glen, who died Friday afternoon at his home, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday from Buffington Funeral Home, Valley View, with the Rev. Robert Stewart of Hegins officiating. Interment will be in Fountain Community Cemetery, Hegins area.
Born in Lykens Township, June 3, 1909, he was a son of the late Francis and Salome Welker Scheib.
Mr. Scheib was a retired farmer and miner. He was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Hegins area.
A son, Charles, died in 1964.
Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret Troutman; a daughter, Betty Scheib, Schuylkill Haven; two sons, Robert Hegins area, and Donald, Spring Glen; two brothers, Carlos, Pillow and Nevin, Elizabethville area; a sister, Dorothy, wife of Raymond Brosious, Millersburg; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
