TOWER CITY • Lamar L. “Red” Underkoffler, 47, died Jan. 24 at Schuylkill Medical Center-South, Pottsville.
He was born Feb. 5, 1963 in Pottsville, a son of the late Mark and Helen Herman Underkoffler.
He was a graduate of Williams Valley High School.
He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Tower City.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Mark and Kenneth.
He is survived by a son, Timothy Walsh of Port Carbon; two sisters: Eileen Troutman of Elizabethville and Lori Bond of Tower City; a brother, Robert of Tower City; a granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elizabethville.
