Earl H. Lettich
Earl Henry "Flirty" Lettich, 77, of 1411 W. Main St., Valley View, died Tuesday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Bom in Valley View, Sept. 7, 1920, he was a son of the late Jacob and Polly Mausser Lettich.
He was retired from the No. 1 Construction Co., West Pittston, in road construction.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Valley View, Hegins Fire Company, Valley View Fire Company, Valley View American Legion Post 575, Gratz-Lykens Township VFW Post 2385, Valley View Gun Club and VFW Post 8237, Valley View.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Betty Scheib.
Surviving are a son, John, Valley View, two daughters, Connie Schwalm, Williamstown, and Polly Stutzman, The Woodlands, Texas; two brothers, Ivan, Pensacola, Fla., and Arthur, Ocala, Fla; a sister, Helen Miller, York; two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 am Friday from Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View.
The Rev. Eric Elkin will officiate.
Interment will he in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View.
